With the development of the world economy and the improvement of people’s requirements for living comfort,building-related energy consumption has occupied a large part of the total energy consumption of the society,and reducing the level of building energy consumption is one of the main measures to alleviate energy pressure.Through the understanding of the global energy situation and the development of the construction industry,various countries in the world have taken corresponding measures in many aspects,such as building conservation norms,energy consumption indicators,building parameter setting and so on,and encouraged building designers,managers and energy enterprises to pay attention to energy consumption.Energy consumption of public buildings is the key of building energy consumption and has great potential for energy saving,among which energy consumption of office buildings is an important component.Firstly,based on the energy consumption supervision platform of public institutions in Huangshan city,20 office buildings are selected as research objects to conduct energy consumption statistics.The energy consumption information of office buildings within the monitoring scope in 2018 is summarized and analyzed,and the research is carried out from the aspects of building area,system energy consumption form,annual energy consumption,energy consumption per unit area and so on.The results show that there may be great differences among office buildings with different functions.The average unit area energy consumption of the sample buildings is 62.16kW·h/(m~2·a),and the energy consumption of heating and air conditioning system accounts for 30%~60%of the building energy consumption.A typical medium-sized office building is selected as the research object.The energy consumption status of the building is known by comparing the energy consumption trend of the past three years and the monthly energy consumption trend.The energy consumption of the main energy-using equipment is analyzed by statistics.The software DeST-c is used to simulate the annual load change of the office building and the power consumption distribution of the energy consumption system.The accuracy of the building model is verified by comparing with the measured results.The software DeST is used to analyze the energy-saving potential of building envelope in terms of thermal performance and heating,air-conditioning system and lighting system.Using orthogonal experiment method for various factors of building envelope to get the influence degree of the building’s total load,and using DeST-c to simulate the load and energy consumption of different external window structures,window-wall ratios and external wall structures,and corresponding energy-saving measures are put forward.In the aspect of heating and air conditioning system,the influence of air conditioning system design,indoor temperature setting,fresh air heat recovery technology and intermittent operation of air conditioning on building energy consumption is discussed,and the energy-saving effect of various schemes is quantitatively analyzed.In terms of lighting system,use of green building of daylighting analysis software Thsware and DeST-c to simulate the daylighting of the building,and some relevant suggestions on the selection of lighting equipment and the design of control system are put forward.According to the climate characteristics of Huangshan area,this article adopts the method of energy audit combined with energy consumption simulation to analyze the energy-saving work of office buildings,and carry out energy consumption simulation on various energy saving measures and influencing factors.The analysis results can provide reference for the research on office building energy conservation in Huangshan area and provide effective design and transformation methods for improving energy efficiency and sustainable development.
