With the rapid development of Chinese social economy, the construction area is increasing by years, and total energy consumption of the building will continue to increase. Because of characteristics of air conditioning system such as large load and relatively concentrated, office building has been the main building energy consumption. What’s more, air conditioning energy consumption accounts for approximately 50% of the office building energy consumption and energy saving potential is tremendous. Hence, it is highly necessary to carry out the simulation analysis on the office building of air conditioning energy consumption. In this paper, through the test research and simulation analysis of air conditioning energy consumption of Development Building in Yangzhou City, this paper discusses the existing energy consumption level of the building and its energy saving potential.lt not only can predict the energy consumption of new buildings, but also can put forward reform measures of existing buildings.In the aspect of testing, the actual test of air conditioning energy consumption was carried out in Yangzhou city. According to the indoor temperature and the operating parameters in five days, the thermal environment, the load characteristics and the energy consumption characteristics of the building were analyzed. In the simulation, the simulation conditions and test conditions are the same, and the Energyplus software is used to model the building, to simulate the transient temperature, the cooling load of the building and the annual electricity consumption, the result shows that it compares with the actual test results, the indoor instantaneous temperature error is 9.2%, the building cooling load error is 2.9%, the simulation results of the energy consumption of 5 days and the measurement error in 5.33%-13.57%. The error is not big, the model is established correctly. On the basis of the correct model, the annual energy consumption and its composition of the typical meteorological year are obtained, and the energy saving potential is analyzed. It shows that:the total building energy consumption is 1842.584MWh, and the air conditioning energy consumption accounts for 58% of the total energy consumption of buildings, the reasons for high energy consumption of the building are analyzed:first, the heat transfer coefficient of the actual envelope is high, heat transfer coefficient is 0.98W/m2K,the ratio of the window to the wall is 60%; second, the room temperature setting is too low; third, the selection of the chiller is too large.On the basis of existing models, combined with the specification requirements and the actual situation, with the help of Energyplus software, the influence of external wall, external window, the ratio of window to wall, setting temperature and redundant coefficient of chiller on building energy consumption are analyzed. The results show it can reduce energy consumption that the heat transfer coefficient of wall, window and the ratio of window to wall reduces, this paper chooses the best mineral wool composite board wall, heat transfer coefficient is 0.55W/m2·K, air conditioning energy consumption decreased from 58% to 56%; it chooses double layer reflecting hollow glass that has the minimum energy consumption, heat transfer coefficient is 1.61W/m2·K, energy consumption decreased from 58% to 53.4%; Under the same exterior walls, windows premise, the 40% radio of the window to wall has the lowest energy consumption, air conditioning energy consumption from 58% to 56.3%; at the same time, improving the air temperature in summer and reducing the air temperature in winter can reduce the energy consumption, setting the temperature of 27 degrees in summer that air conditioning energy consumption reduces from 58% to 49.3%; setting the temperature of 21 degrees in winter air conditioning energy consumption reduces from 58% to 47.5%; in addition, in the premise of meeting the end load, the use of small redundant coefficient can reduce air conditioning energy consumption, using 1.2 of the redundant coefficient that air conditioning energy consumption is minimum, from 58% to 54.7%.The purpose of this study is to explore the main influence factors of air conditioning energy consumption of office buildings and its energy saving potential, to provide a theoretical basis for the prediction of the energy consumption of the new buildings and the energy-saving renovation of existing buildings, it has the application significance for the engineering design and the transformation.
