| Influenced by environmental pressure and energy crisis,China began to develop new energy vehicles vigorously since 2001.According to Made in China 2025,it is clearly required to support the development of electric vehicles and fuel cell vehicles,master the core technologies of informatization and intellectualization of vehicles,has the ability of industrialization for power batteries,drive motors and intelligent control,and promote the integration of new energy vehicles with advanced international standards.Traditional commercial vehicle enterprises,Internet companies and financial enterprises are positively positioned in the upstream and downstream of new energy vehicles,trying to share in the wave of new energy.Although the new energy market has developed rapidly in recent years,the homogeneity of new energy products launched by manufacturers is serious.Users usually complain about the price,mileage and quality of new energy vehicles.This paper mainly refers to Michael Porter’s main competitive strategy theory.Firstly,the relevant literature is summarized.Then,the problems and gaps in the formulation of FAW Liberation’s competitive strategy for new energy commercial vehicles are analyzed.Then,the environment of new energy commercial vehicles is analyzed through the "Porter" five-force model.Then,the internal environment of enterprises is analyzed,and SWOT analysis model is used to analyze the environment of new energy commercial vehicles.The advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of FAW Liberation in new energy sources.Finally,by referring to the relevant literature of enterprise strategic management,enterprise objectives,strategic decision-making and so on,a longer-term development direction for enterprises is formulated.Through the use of qualitative and quantitative data research methods,management and decision-making are provided for FAW’s new energy liberation strategy.Through the research on the competition strategy of FAW’s liberation of new energy commercial vehicle business,we hope to provide practical cases at the theoretical level,provide practical case support for the follow-up strategic management and operation,and fully realize the combination of theory and practice through case analysis.In addition,it is hoped that through the research on the competitive strategy of FAW Liberation New Energy Commercial Vehicle Business,FAW Liberation will be able to realize its product planning,and product development facing the Chinese commercial vehicle market in the next five or even ten years,so as to ensure that FAW Liberation Commercial Vehicle product competitiveness will continue to lead and the company will continue to develop healthily and permanently. |
