According to the information from China Automobile Industry Association,China's automobile sales reached 280.28 million in 2016,an increase of 13.7%over the same period last year,has been the top of the world for eight consecutive years.The prosperity of the automobile industry has led to the rapid development of auto parts industry.The data from National Bureau of Statistics of China shows that China's auto parts sales reached 298.26 billion yuan in 2016,and it is expected to exceed 2020 billion in 2017 yuan.Procurement globalization,parts system integration,modularization and the application of the technology of the new energy-saving environmental protection have been the new trend of the development of China's auto parts industry.B Co.,Ltd.is a WOFE of commercial vehicle brake system parts manufacturer,and enter the Chinese market in 2005.Commercial vehicle air compressor business is one of its three business in powertrain business unit,and relying on technical advantages it has been occupied about 30%of the high-end products market share within 10 years.However,due to the increased competition,rising raw material costs,customer's higher price sensitivity and other factors,B Co.,Ltd.commercial vehicle air compressor business is facing a severe test.To make the next step competitive strategy for B Co.,Ltd.commercial vehicle air compressor business to enhance its market competitiveness,is an urgent task.Taking B Co.,Ltd.commercial vehicle air compressor business as the research object,using the theory of strategic management,and based on the analysis of the macroscopic environment of the commercial vehicle air compressor business,this paper analyzes the current situation of the competition of the air compressor industry,and finds out the key opportunities and threats for B Co.,Ltd.commercial vehicle air compressor business.Based on the in-depth analysis of the resources and abilities within B Co.,Ltd.,the key advantages and disadvantages are identified,and the factors are quantitatively evaluated by the methods of EEF and IEF evaluation.Using SWOT analysis to match the key internal and external environmental factors,the competitive strategies for the development in next five years are made.This paper has carried on the thorough investigation from the related person inside B Co.,Ltd.and the industry during writing,combined with the author's own working experience and the theoretical knowledge from the course of MBA study,the opinions put forward have strong pertinence and practicality for the enterprise development,the enterprises within the same industry could take them as certain references.
