Study On Optimization Of HY Nuclear Power Plant Production Management Information System

As a newly constructed nuclear power plant,HY nuclear power plant uses PMIS technology for the first time in the same industry in China,and the production management information system used by enterprises is applied to the same industry in China for the first time.At present,there are some problems in the development,debugging and daily operation of PMIS.In the development and construction stage of production management information system,the relevant functions are not complete,and there are many problems in daily work.With the gradual improvement of the organizational structure of enterprises and the rich experience of employees,the information system of production management is also gradually complete.In order to meet the needs of HY nuclear power plant,this paper uses the theory of enterprise informatization,architecture and business process reengineering,and under the drive of business process of nuclear power project management information system,takes project planning and task as the core and project information system as the means to explore the transformation scheme of production management of HY nuclear power plant information system.In order to improve the execution ability of management information system in an all-round way and meet the needs of nuclear power support projects,the key problems of production management information system in HY nuclear power plant are found.Combined with the development process of production management information system of HY nuclear power plant,the functions,process and problems of production management information system management of HY nuclear power plant are analyzed.By comparing with the mature operation production management information system of nuclear power plant and combining with the excellent practice of production management information system management of mature nuclear power plant,this paper points out the ideas and strategies for improving the production management information system of HY nuclear power plant.Through optimizing the management of production management information system,the plan of process improvement,function improvement and management improvement is carried out to enhance the production management of HY nuclear power plant.Information system work efficiency,increase the company's economic benefits.In order to realize the landing operation of the improvement scheme of production management information system in HY nuclear power plant,this paper points out the guarantee schemes of organization,management and technology.By improving the production management information system of HY nuclear power plant,the production management information platform has been improved,the isolated information island has been broken,and the work efficiency of the production information management system has been improved.Through the research of this paper,it points out the proposals and methods to improve the process,function and management of the production management information system of HY nuclear power plant.Through the gradual optimization process,the management can be improved,the efficiency of work can be improved,and the economic benefits of enterprises can be improved.It is hoped that the production management information system of enterprises can be developed into standardized products,so that other nuclear power projects within the group can be directly adopted.
