In recent years,as China's "one belt and one way" development initiative and the application,popularization and development of the modern knowledge system of project management in China,the large and medium-sized infrastructure enterprises ready to go abroad have paid more and more attention to the improvement of modern project management level.Among the major functions of modern project management,if we can learn from the current practices of developed countries and regard contract performance management as the core and main line of project management(large contract management method),it will help to improve the ability of capital construction enterprises to resist risks in domestic and international markets,and thus improve their survival ability and competitiveness.Although this large contract management method has been widely used in developed countries,it has just begun to be introduced and gradually attracted attention in China.The weak position of contract performance management in project management has become a bottleneck restricting the development of modern project management knowledge system in China.This paper takes the optimization of contract management scheme of nuclear power project of G Company as the research object.Firstly,it introduces the current situation and existing problems of the project's existing contract management scheme.Through analysis,it points out that the problem of the project's contract management scheme is to use the concept of small contract management to guide contract management,and contract management is marginalized in project management and far away from project management.The core of management has not played the role of core,leading and main line.Then the necessity and feasibility of the optimization of contract management schemes are expounded by comparing the management methods and effects of large contracts in developed countries.Secondly,through expert judgment,actual investigation and Delphi method,the paper gives the objective,implementation strategy and specific way of optimizing the implementation of project contract management scheme.By adding new workflow and Trend workflow to the contract management scheme,the paper realizes the concrete optimization of contract management scheme,and puts forward corresponding safeguard measures.Finally,by establishing the evaluation index system of contract management scheme optimization,combining qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis,the paper analyzed the implementation effect of this scheme optimization.The evaluation results have achieved certain results for the optimization of the contract management scheme of G company's project,and enhanced the contract management level of G company's nuclear power project.Through the optimization of the contract management scheme of this nuclear power project,the consciousness of contract performance is deeply rooted in the project management function departments of G Company,and the large contract management method with contract performance management as the main line is preliminarily rooted and developed.It not only has a positive impact on the management of the existing projects of the company,but also has a good demonstration effect on the implementation of the follow-up other projects of the company.At the same time,it will drive the construction.More enterprises and even more industries in Chengdu Construction Industry adopt this advanced contract management concept.
