Research On The Formation Mechanism Of The Power Battery Niche Of Electric Vehicle Entrepreneurial Ecosystem In China

This paper explores the niche of the power battery with the electric vehicle entrepreneurial ecosystem as the background,and takes the enterprise of the power battery niche as the case study object,and then summarizes the space and resources of the power battery entrepreneurial niche,and constructs the measure based on the extracted data.The system finally concludes the different stages in the process of niche formation and development,and the explanation of the impact of opportunity-collected resources as influence factors on the formation and development of niche in different stages,and based on the systematic thinking of the overall thinking,the previous scholars' relevant research A more systematic opportunity to integrate the resources integration framework,and corresponding to the key events in the formation and development of the niche to verify the more important integration sub-process,the data of this paper mainly comes from the Wind Database,research report,Industry news,company website and internet public information.Based on a case study of the power battery niche,the paper draws the following conclusions:This paper argues that the opportunity set is inseparable from the formation and development of the niche.A niche that can quickly create a set of opportunities is a good niche.The set of opportunities can be used to measure the growth of the niche.Through the case analysis of the niche of the power battery,this paper draws a number of dimensions to measure the trend of the opportunity set,which is the trend of the quantity change of the opportunity set,the relative change of the value of the opportunity set,and the level of the opportunity set in the niche.From the perspective of resource sources alone,there are two paths for the formation of niche.One path is gradual;the other path is mutated.In addition,the locational aggregation characteristics of the niche are mainly due to factors such as the difficulty in obtaining resources and the cost of resource acquisition.This paper believes that the formation of niche refers to the process from the disorderly to orderly development of the organization to an organization with certain identifiable characteristics,and gradually stable in the ecosystem.The demise of the niche refers to the process of developing an organization with certain identifiable characteristics from order to disorder and eventually disappearing into the ecosystem.The development process of niche includes the process of organizational development from disorder to order and from order to disorder.The evolution of any system is a result of the non-equilibrium resulting from changes in the variables in the system.Looking at the mechanism of action of different stages of impact factors,it is concluded that the opportunity set belongs first to the main influence factor,and the resource belongs to the influence factor.And among the impact factors of the opportunity set,the influence of the policy has the characteristics of the first guidance,the influence of the technology is the most fundamental influence,and the influence of the demand is the most extensive.Secondly,according to the systematic thinking of the whole system,combined with the scholars' research on the opportunity and resource development process,the sub-process of generalized opportunity resource integration is obtained,which is opportunity set utilization and resource identification,opportunity set utilization and resource acquisition,and opportunity set.Using the resources and resources,combined with the key nodes,key events and driving factors of the formation and development of the power battery niche,the most important sub-process is observed to be the integration of opportunity collection and resource allocation.Finally,the above conclusions are further verified by two typical enterprise cases in the niche.
