Under the context of open innovation,the source of resource acquisition the resource has gradually shifted from the inside of the enterprise to the outside,so the cooperation among enterprises is increasing.However,the inequality of network power makes different enterprises get different resources in the same cooperative network.Scholars have made depth discussions on the concept and antecedents of network power,and have made some grade.Some scholars have studied the impact of network power on innovation,but lack of in-depth analysis of the mechanism of action,and the impact of network power on innovation from the perspective of dynamic resource integration.Through a longitudinal case study of a private car company which created 20 years ago,The paper attempts to explore three questions: first,the mechanism of power network influence innovation ability;second,the motivation of dynamic evolution of network power;third,the evolution of network power allocation,resource integration and innovation ability.Through case analysis and theoretical verification,this paper constructs the theoretical framework of "network power-resource integration-innovation ability".The research shows that:(1)The effective allocation of network power can promote the development of resource integration activities and enhance the innovation ability of enterprises.The application of flexible power can enhance the willingness of cooperation among members of the network,enable enterprises to easily identify and access resources in the network,and promote the improvement of component innovation ability.Coercive power allocation helps to standardize the operation of the network,and efficiently allocate and utilize the acquired resources,which has a significant role in promoting the improvement of the architecture innovation ability.(2)The dynamic allocation of network power is related to the degree of heterogeneity of the members in the network and the power equivalence.The greater the degree of heterogeneity,the more obvious the allocation of flexible power;the smaller the degree of heterogeneity,the more obvious the allocation of coercive power.When the coercive power allocation is obvious,it's appropriate to reduce the coercive power to promote the power equivalence,to help to improve cyber source,to make efficient integration of resources,to promote innovation;When the flexible power allocation is weak,it's appropriate to enhance the flexible power of enterprise,to promote the power equivalence,to obtain more high quality resources,to promote resource integration,to promote innovation.(3)The mode of network power allocation has changed from single mode to comprehensive mode,and the efficiency and effectiveness of resource integration have been continuously improved.The ability of innovation has also evolved from weak component innovation capability to architecture innovation capability and component innovation capability.The comprehensive allocation of network power is more conducive to the overall improvement of innovation ability.
