Research On Construction Cost Control Of Construction Projects Based On Value Engineering Theory

Recently,competition in the construction industry has intensified and the profitability of the industry has declined.In order to stand out in such an environment,construction enterprises must provide construction products with high quality and low cost.For this reason,our construction enterprises are committed to the improvement of the current cost control system,and have indeed made considerable progress.However,compared with developed countries,there is still a big gap.There are still some problems,such as non-standard cost control procedures,imperfect cost control system,imperfect responsibility cost system,and weak cost competition consciousness.Therefore,it is very necessary to establish a perfect cost control system and tighten the cost expenditure of construction projects,especially to reduce the construction cost.Construction cost control is not a temporary one-time activity,but a dynamic and continuous process of change.In this process,enterprises need to choose a systematic and effective method,pay close attention to the situation of capital expenditure,and make timely analysis and summary to provide necessary reference for the supply and application of funds in the next step,and improve the utilization rate of funds.Value engineering is a good way to integrate technology and economy.Through value function analysis,it can integrate and utilize resources,eliminate unnecessary costs,select the best scheme and gradually improve to maximize the value of construction projects under the condition of meeting the functions required by the project.Therefore,the application of this method is beneficial to the improvement of product value of construction enterprises,the creation of product value,the improvement of core competitiveness of construction enterprises,and the continuous progress and innovation of construction enterprises in economic development.Based on the theory of value engineering and cost control,this paper discusses the importance and feasibility of value engineering in the construction cost control of construction projects,and tries to design the construction cost control mode of construction projects based on the theory of value engineering.The following work has been carried out:(1)Applying system theory,according to project characteristics and cost management principles,find out the main factors affecting the cost of a project,define the function,determine the function objectives,and draw a multilevel evaluation index system according to the function objectives,which clearly shows the relationship among the target level,the criterion level and the index level.The application programs and methods of value engineering are sorted out comprehensively,the application steps of specific and practical value engineering are summarized,and the corresponding data analysis of some important nodes is carried out,and the objective conclusions are drawn,which provide the basis for the development of value engineering analysis.(2)Combining theory with practice,this paper designs the cost control mode of construction project based on value engineering theory,and gives a new method of cost control of construction project.(3)Creatively use the analytic hierarchy process and expert scoring method overlapping to determine the main research objects,build a multilevel evaluation index system,and get the function evaluation coefficient,and then determine the improvement objectives and improvement programs,which is more scientific.(4)This paper focuses on the combination of theory and practice.Taking the comprehensive building A project as an empirical research object,it deduces the whole process of applying value engineering theory to actual construction cost control,and sets an example of more lean and scientific methods to manage enterprises,with a view to giving construction enterprises some suggestions and help on Construction cost control,which can be used in theory,method and application.The cost reduction,profit increase and value increase of construction enterprises in China provide a systematic way of thinking.
