Since the reform and opening up 40 years ago,the bidding system for construction projects has made an indelible contribution to China's economic development in the public resource market.With the continuous improvement of China's socialist market economy and various construction laws and regulations,the current bidding and bid evaluation methods still have some defects,such as the bid evaluation index can not fully reflect the characteristics of the project and the human factors influence too much in the process of bidding.Based on the actual market environment of China's bidding market,this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the commonly used bidding evaluation methods in China.Aiming at the shortcomings of the comprehensive evaluation method,this paper use the improved analytic hierarchy process(AHP)based on the triangular fuzzy number to determine the evaluation index and weight system.Give full play to the bid evaluation experts experience in technology and combining qualitative evaluation with quantitative evaluation,and establish A science fair project bid evaluation mathematical model,and the evaluation model to simulate the evaluation results of analyzing the results of the evaluation of the project with A,is this evaluation method is verified in the principle of fair,fair and open more scientific and reasonable.We will make the market environment for bidding and tendering more fair,increase the allocation of social resources in a rational way,and increase the efficiency of construction projects.
