Study On Evaluation And Planning Of Mountain Eco-tourism Village Development

Mountain villages are different from plain villages,and the environment is unique and lagging behind.In the context of China's current “rural revitalization” strategy,rural development has been placed in the priority position of the national strategy to encourage sustainable development.At the same time,the development model of rural ecotourism is very popular.Conducting reasonable village planning is a prerequisite for scientifically carrying out rural construction,and it is important to explore the development potential of the village.The mountain ecosystem tourism village development evaluation system is based on the particularity of mountain villages and eco-tourism.By screening relevant impact factors,the village development potential evaluation system is constructed by using the analytic hierarchy process and the Delphi method.In the specific practice,the evaluation system can use local data to solve the problem of identifying short-board development of mountain eco-tourism-type villages,guide the preparation of village planning,and improve the accuracy of planning and development strategies.All of these reflect that this paper not only has theoretical value,but also has practical significance.This paper first defines the related concepts of mountain villages and eco-tourism,and summarizes the theory of sustainable development and the theory of rural system development.It also analyzes the research situation at home and abroad,and also discusses the applicability of the current relevant norms for the evaluation of mountain eco-tourism-type village development.On the principle of adapting to local conditions,special and basic coexistence and simplifying,the “environment-economy-society” was selected to construct the index system,and 18 indicators were selected by expert scoring.The Delphi method was used to complete the weight assignment.A multi-factor comprehensive evaluation model was selected and used for evaluation practice after optimization.The evaluation results are graded at four levels: preparation stage,preliminary development stage,reasonable development stage,and sustainable development stage.Finally,a set of development evaluation index system and evaluation model suitable for mountain eco-tourism-type villages were constructed.In order to promote the planning and construction of the Weigan Village and verify the feasibility of the evaluation system proposed in this study,the mountain eco-tourism village development evaluation index system and evaluation model are used to improve the planning research of the Weigan Village in Pingtong Town,Pingwu County,Mianyang City,including Ecotourism development strategy and planning content such as space planning,industrial structure,road traffic,and settlement construction.At the same time,the results of the village development research in the village also made a series of feedbacks on the evaluation system of mountain eco-tourism villages,which will help to gradually improve the relevant evaluation methods in the follow-up research process.
