| The design phase is in the early stage of the entire project construction,and its cost is less than the proportion of the entire project construction cost.However,relevant engineering data showed that its impact on investment was as high as 75%,and the higher the design stage,the higher the impact.At present,the performance of China’s engineering construction projects in investment control is not ideal.The phenomenon of “three kinds of excess” is still relatively common,and there is still a big gap with the advanced countries in international engineering investment management.In order to improve the construction cost control awareness of the construction unit in the design stage of the project,effectively improve the problems existing in the project investment management at the design stage of the current project,and improve the existing investment control system and measures in the design stage.This paper combined the advanced engineering investment management theory to analyze the current situation of the design stage of China’s engineering construction projects.Based on the characteristics,content and objectives of investment control in the design stage of engineering construction project,the optimization method of limit design investment control based on value engineering was proposed,which was helpful to provide reference for engineering and technical economic personnel.This paper focused on the investment control work of the construction unit in the design stage of the construction project.First,it analyzed its concepts,tasks,procedures,features,content and goals.Then it expoundd the application of value engineering,quota design and QC group principle in the design stage and the existing shortcomings,and accordingly proposed the limit design optimization model using the value engineering principle.Finally,in order to improve the investment control theory and practice in the design stage of the existing construction project,the key contents of the implementation process were expounded in combination with engineering examples. |
