In recent years,with the rapid development of automobile industry in China and the rapid development of automobile technology,the demand for high-quality professionals in automobile maintenance industry enterprises is increasing day by day,and the requirements are becoming more stringent.The country has also listed automobile maintenance technical talents as one of the scarce talents.Secondary vocational schools,as the main position of automobile maintenance talents training,must improve the quality of personnel training in order to meet the needs of society,and scientific and reasonable curriculum system is one of the most important guarantees for high-quality personnel training.However,the existing curriculum system of Automobile Maintenance Specialty in secondary vocational schools has some continuous improvement and improvement in the realization of high-quality personnel training.Therefore,it is urgent to reform the curriculum system of Automobile Maintenance Specialty in secondary vocational schools.Recently,the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Affairs issued two documents on the Guidelines for the Compilation of National Standards for Training Skilled Personnel(Trial Implementation)and the Technical Regulations for the Standardized Development of Integrated Courses(Trial Implementation).It also gave guidance to the reform of secondary vocational curriculum system.The Action Plan for Innovative Development of Technical Education in Guangdong Province(2016-2020)pointed out that we should continue to deepen the reform of integrated curriculum teaching.We will deepen the reform of the training mode of combining work with study and the curriculum system based on the working process,and establish a curriculum system with vocational activities as its orientation,comprehensive vocational ability as its core and theoretical teaching and skill operation as its integration.Faced with the huge talent gap and the urgent need for high-quality talents in automobile maintenance enterprises nowadays,this subject investigates and studies the existing curriculum system of Automobile Maintenance Specialty in Vocational schools.It is found that although the current curriculum system has trained a large number of professional talents and achieved certain results,there are still manyproblems,such as the lack of clear objectives of personnel training,industry enterprises.Data acquisition is more arbitrary,talent positioning and industry derailment and other issues;because of these problems,the existing curriculum system can not well cultivate high-quality automotive repair talents in line with the needs of industry enterprises.Based on this background,the author carries out relevant research on Guangzhou Auto Maintenance Enterprises and identifies the core and auxiliary positions corresponding to auto maintenance specialty,analyses the tasks and professional abilities of the core and auxiliary positions,so as to further determine the talent training objectives of auto repair specialty in secondary vocational schools,and then transforms the field of professional action into the field of learning,finally according to the talents.The training objective is to construct a curriculum system of Automobile Maintenance Specialty in secondary vocational schools based on the working process,which meets the needs of industry enterprises and can realize the training of high-quality talents.This curriculum system has been piloted and implemented in the author's internship secondary vocational schools and achieved good results,which has a certain reference and reference significance for the construction of the curriculum system of Automobile Maintenance Specialty in other secondary vocational schools.
