Construction Of New Energy Vehicle Maintenance Specialty Curriculum System Based On Working Process

In recent years,with the strong support of our country policy,the new energy automotive industry makes an expansion of size and share.The sustained and rapid growth of new energy car ownership will certainly make the talent gap for the new energy automobile market more and more big.Secondary vocational schools,as the high quality persons training bases,they are inevitable to adapt to the social development and open a new energy vehicle maintenance and repair profession.And how to build the professional curriculum system based on the working process is particularly important.The main purpose of this study is under the background of development of secondary vocational education vigorously,to build up professional curriculum system of new energy vehicle maintenance and repair that is based on the working process.And try to maximize the effectiveness of the professional construction of university-enterprise cooperation environment,enhance the students’ professional identity,so as to cultivate high-skilled talents to adapt to social development.In the research process,it mainly uses literature research method,investigation research method,conference seminar method and case study method.By referring to the domestic and foreign literature about the construction of curriculum system based on work process and the current situation of the construction of new energy vehicle maintenance major,the theoretical basis and investigation basis for the research is provided.Aimed at Yangquan Transportation Vocational School of new energy automobile repair professional course system of research,this article research mainly divided into the following steps: by visiting several new energy automobile enterprise and vocational schools,I did the questionnaire survey.The purpose is to understand the industry development present situation,the talent demand and the professional open situation.In this way,through statistics,analysis,summary,the specification and the target of talent cultivation is determined.Then Practicing expert interview session make sure the new energy automobile repair professional typical work tasks,integrate induction after refining areas for action.According to new energy automobile specialized secondary vocational school students career development rule,from the areas of action learning areas,the professional curriculum system is determined,the teaching schedule is made,and the study area is described.Finally,practical expert argumentation meeting was held to demonstrate and perfect the curriculum system.Through the construction of the new energy vehicle maintenance professional curriculum system of Yangquan Transportation Vocational School,we hope to provide high-quality skilled personnel for the new energy vehicle maintenance industry in Yangquan,Shanxi,and make contributions to the regional economy.At the same time,I hope that the research of this paper can provide reference value for other secondary vocational schools to construct specialized curriculum system.
