The curriculum system is the main carrier of the content of personnel training and the bridge to achieve the training objectives.The major of automobile application and maintenance in secondary vocational schools is mainly to train skilled personnel and high-quality workers in the front line of production and service.However,the existing educational mode of automobile application and maintenance in secondary vocational schools is difficult to apply to the training of technical-skilled personnel and high-quality workers in the new era,especially reflected in the curriculum system is difficult to adapt to the industrial transformation of talent capacity structure requirements.As a result,the quality of the trained personnel can not meet the requirements of enterprises and industries,and there is a shortage of skilled personnel in the automobile application and maintenance industry.This research actively carried out the educational policy of vigorously developing vocational education and deepening the integration of industry and education proposed by the state,and developed on the theme of constructing curriculum system of automobile application and maintenance specialty in secondary vocational schools.The research mainly adopted the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey and statistical analysis,combined network resources and information,used SPSSAU data analysis software,and adopted online and offline two ways to investigate and study the demand of talents in automobile industry and enterprises and the current situation of talent training in schools,revealing the key problems existing in the demand and training of technical and skilled talents for automobile application and maintenance in secondary vocational schools.The conclusion of the investigation highlighted the existing problems in the training and talent demand of automobile application and maintenance specialty in secondary vocational schools,such as the shortage of technical and skilled talents and the low quality of personnel training,which can not support the rapid development of automobile industry.Employers attached great importance to the professional quality and development ability of talents,and showed strong interest and willingness in the way of training talents for school-enterprise cooperation.The research found that the students majoring in automobile application and maintenance in secondary vocational schools had a strong interest in professional learning,but their professional theoretical basis was not well grasped,and they lacked professional knowledgeand professional quality.The existing curriculum content and teaching facilities and equipment can not meet the students' learning needs.In order to solve the most prominent problems existing in the link of talent cultivation and talent demand,improve the quality of talent cultivation of automobile application and maintenance specialty,give full play to the constructive role of integration of industry and education in education and teaching reform,under the guidance of the concept of integration of industry and education,the curriculum system of automobile operation and maintenance specialty of secondary vocational schools were constructed from four aspects: the objectives of curriculum system,the structure of curriculum system,the implementation of curriculum system and curriculum evaluation.The construction of curriculum system depended closely on the concept of integration of industry and education,focusing on strengthening the cultivation of students' professional quality,and paying attention to the all-round cultivation of students' professional ability.In addition,the core course "Automotive Engine Machinery Maintenance" was selected for curriculum development and teaching design to embody the connotation of "integration of production and teaching" in the concept of integration of industry and education,and to show the application of the curriculum system in curriculum and teaching.
