In recent years,in order to cope with global climate change and implement the strategy of energy consumption and production revolution,the energy-saving renovation of existing buildings in China has been accelerated,especially for public buildings Because of its huge stock and obvious energy-saving effect,the government departments at all levels in China attach great importance to it..As a national central city under construction,zhengzhou has become one of the national key cities for improving the energy efficiency of public buildings.It is planned to carry out the energy conservation transformation of public buildings over 2 million square meters during the 13th five-year plan periodBased on this,this study takes the air-conditioning system energy saving reconstruction of zhengzhou Yellow River hotel as an example,By measuring the actual building data as the first step of the research,the specific energy-saving transformation parameters are formulated according to the relevant standards of public building energy-saving renovation,and then the summer cooling season will be The air conditioning heat and cold load is calculated by computer simulation.On this basis,according to the relevant national standards,the design of three air conditioning system energy-saving retrofit technology solutions,thery are the traditional water-cooled air-conditioning refrigeration system,water storage cooling air conditioning system,ground source heat pump air conditioning system.According to the technical analysis and comparison of the three energy saving renovation technology solutions,the life cycle cost theory and relevant calculation data are used to calculate the life cycle cost of the three energy saving renovation technology solutions.Based on the life cycle cost as the basic data,the economic,social and environmental benefits of the three energy saving transformation technology schemes are calculated and analyzed.Finally,the net present value,internal rate of return and dynamic payback period are taken as the research indicators.According to the calculation and analysis of the above parameters,the economic benefit evaluation of the single scheme of the three schemes is evaluated,and then carry out research and evaluation on the economic benefits of multiple programs.The data show that the net present value of the traditional water-cooled air-conditioning system is less than zero,and the internal rate of return is less than the benchmark rate of return.By using the multi-scheme economic benefit evaluation method,the calculation and analysis show that the net present value of the difference between the ground source heat pump air-conditioning system and the water storage cooling air-conditioning system is greater than zero,and the difference internal rate of return is greater than the industry benchmark rate of return.Therefore,it is determined that the ground source heat pump air-conditioning system is the best plan.After determining the best scheme,the sensitivity analysis of the fiscal subsidy policy and electricity price are taken as uncertain factors,and finally the conclusion of the study is drawnFinally,the paper reviews the research results and the future development trend of energy-saving reconstruction of public buildings,and puts forward the next research direction.
