The electricity selling channel is the transmission chain that the State Grid Corporation will deliver the "electricity" product and power-related services to various customers and recover the expenses.The current diversification of electricity sales methods in the Internet environment has put forward new requirements for the construction and management of electricity selling channels.At the same time,the rapid development of big data in recent years has provided technical support and massive data support for the management research of them.In order to improve the overall management and service level of the channels,this study combines the large-scale sales of large data in a certain area in a few years,analyzes the operation and management process of the channels,and builds a comprehensive evaluation index system for electricity selling channels.Through the establishment of the system dynamics evaluation and analysis model,the comprehensive evaluation of each channel is carried out,based on the sales channel operation situation and comprehensive evaluation results to propose targeted optimization The strategy provides a reference for the current management and post-promotion of the channels.Firstly,it introduces the current research theories related to power big data and electricity selling channels evaluation;introduces the complete power sales process of a power company in China and the overall operation of electricity selling channels,and compares the characteristics of 23 electricity selling channels in the city.Differentiation analysis and classification;detailed introduction and applicability analysis of the system dynamics evaluation model that this study focuses on.Secondly,based on the system evaluation theory and the construction principle of the index system,based on the analysis of the electricity sales process of the power company,based on the balanced scorecard management idea and the SERVQUAL service model,combined with the characteristics of the sales channel and the operation mode,the sales channel is established.The four dimensions of comprehensive evaluation of service capability,economic benefit,service quality and development potential meet the requirements of operational,executable and quantifiable,and form an indicator system suitable for comprehensive evaluation of each electricity selling channel.Then,with reference to the comprehensive evaluation index system of electricity selling channels,based on the 2013-2017 full-sample power marketing big data and the power supply company's electricity selling channels management monitoring data,the z-score standardization method is used to standardize all the indicator data of the sales channel.Operation;using AHP analytic hierarchy process,based on the assessment of industry experts,channel operators and customers,determine the weights of all indicators in the evaluation system of electricity selling channels,and complete the data processing of comprehensive evaluation of electricity selling channels.Finally,construct a system dynamics evaluation model,comprehensively evaluate the sales channels;analyze the evaluation results to find out the key indicators,and carry out the evaluation results to improve the simulation;combined with the sales data and system dynamics evaluation results of each sales channel,to "The channel operation management and the "evaluation index management and control" are the ideas.From the three levels of strategy,operation and execution,the specific measures for the future optimization and adjustment of the sales channel are proposed.
