With the development of Chinese power system reform in the new era,a new power system involving power generation,sale and consumption is being formed.The reform of power selling side is the most important part of this power market reform.Its effect directly affects the success of power system reform and even the future development of Chinese energy sector.How to build a power selling mode suitable for Chinese national conditions is still at the exploratory stage.As a power manufacturer,power generation companies have unique power supply advantages and have strong voice rights in the market competition.In order to extend the downstream industrial chain to obtain greater benefits,power generation companies will have more opportunities to carry out direct selling projects under the support of policies.But at the same time,power generation companies are also faced with many risks,such as single profit point,shortage of professionals,power generation and sales business,weak resource integration ability,etc.This paper takes risk management of direct selling project of G Power Generation Company as an example to provide reference for other domestic power generation companies and provide certain reference significance for current reform of power selling side.First,this article introduces the basic status quo of domestic power market reform and future development trends,summarizes the research results of domestic and foreign scholars in risk management,explains the risk management methods and procedures,and provides theoretical support for the research of the paper.Secondly,taking G power generation company as the research object,it summarizes the current status of G power generation company and the external environment,analyzes the current status of G power generation company's operation by SWOT method,and summarizes the necessity of developing direct electricity sales projects.Put forward a plan for the establishment of a direct electricity sales project,that is,establish a G electricity sales company,and design the types of business that G electricity sales companies develop.Thirdly,applying risk management theory,the risk identification of the G power company's direct-sale electricity projects was carried out,and the risk factors were determined;the risk evaluation model was constructed using the analytic hierarchy process,and the weight of each element was determined;using the multi-level fuzzy evaluation method,Calculate the overall risk level value of the direct-sale electricity project.Finally,the risk control measures for the direct sales of electricity projects of G Power Generation Corporation are proposed,including the control measures for power purchase business risk,power sales business risk,and value-added business risk.
