Research On The Construction Of Rural Complex Under The Protection Of Farmer's Rights Perspective

The agriculture and rural issues are the momentous project that always impact the development of our country.As New Normal Economy has coming,the agriculture and rural face a new historic opportunity.In February 2017,the rural complex innovatory was pointed in documents No.1 of the central committee as a measure to development new agritulture following the agricultural industrial park,beautiful villages,characteristic towns.Subsequently,the central ministries and commissions intensively introduced a series of policies to promote the construction and development of the rural complex in the country.It is worth noting that the document No.1 of the central committee clarifies that the construction goal of the rural complex is to achieve the development of rural areas,the protection of farmers' rights and interests,and the increase of farmers' income.How to deeply study the connotation of the rural complex and the path of development and construction from the perspective of the protection of farmers' rights and interests has important theoretical and practical significance for guiding the construction of China's rural complex.Based on the results of relevant researches of scholars at home and abroad,based on the interpretation of the basic connotation of the rural complex and the peasants' rights,this paper constructs the basic framework of rural complex from the perspective of organizational model,industrial system and ecological environment.At the same time,taking the construction of the rural complex of Lujia Village in Anji,Zhejiang as an example,systematically analyze the current organizational structure,industrial base,infrastructure,ecological environment and other status of Lujia Village,and summarize the advantages and disadvantages of the construction of farmers' rights under the guidance of the rural complex.Finally,the theoretical framework is applied to the empirical case,and corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to Lujia Village,so that it can be built into an example of an idyllic complex with good results in the protection of farmers' rights and interests.The first chapter mainly reviews the research background and significance research methods,and focuses on the research status of the domestic and rural complex and the peasants' rights and interests,and draws the current research on the construction of rural complex from the perspective of farmers' rights protection.There are still few conclusions,so the topic of this paper has important theoretical and practical significance.The second chapter and the third chapter mainly analyze and interpret the basic connotation of the rural complex,the peasants' rights and interests,and the related concepts,policies and other theoretical foundations,establish the theoretical relationship between the protection of farmers' rights and the rural complex,and pass the practice of the third chapter.The case study constructs the theoretical framework of the construction of rural complex from the perspective of the protection of farmers' rights and interests.The key points include organizational model,industrial system and ecological environment.The fourth chapter and the fifth chapter mainly analyze and summarize the advantages and disadvantages of the rural complex that is oriented to the construction of farmers' rights and interests through the analysis and combing of the current situation of Lujia Village in the case area.Finally,in the fifth chapter,the theoretical framework is applied to the case area,and the specific construction strategy of Lujia Village construction is proposed in terms of organizational structure and business model,spatial layout and industrial system,ecological environment and rural scenery.
