Research On The Construction Of Liaohe River Basin In The 1950s

Reservoir is an important part of water conservancy construction,which is used for flood control and irrigation,and is closely related to the life of the people and the development of agriculture.Liaohe River Basin is an important reservoir construction area in China,which is of great significance.The establishment of New China provided political and economic guarantee for reservoir construction.The 1950 s was an important period of reservoir construction in Liaohe River Basin,and laid the foundation of reservoir construction in Liaohe River Basin.Taking Liaohe River Basin as the research area,this paper analyzes the reasons for the urgent demand for reservoir construction after the founding of the people's Republic of China and the restoration and development of small and medium-sized reservoirs in the early days of the founding of the people's Republic of China and the first five-year Plan period.In the period of the Great Leap forward,the conditions of the high tide of the large-scale reservoir construction were discussed,the experience of the reservoir construction was summarized,and the reservoir construction was evaluated in the 1950 s.This paper is composed of three parts.The specific contents are as follows:The first part mainly discusses the prerequisite for the rise of reservoir construction in Liaohe River basin in 1950's.From the water resources and environmental conditions of the reservoir construction in Liaohe River Basin,the Liaohe River harnessing and the start-up of reservoir construction before the founding of the people's Republic of China,This paper expounds the relationship between the characteristics of water resources in Liaohe River basin and reservoir construction in three aspects after the founding of the people's Republic of China,and emphatically introduces the conditions of reservoir construction.The second part introduces the preliminary development and main projects of reservoir construction in 1950's.Due to frequent flood and drought disasters in Liaohe River Basin,some reservoirs were built and built one after another at the beginning of the founding of the people's Republic of China and the first five-year Plan."Great Leap forward" period,because of "Great Leap forward" and "people's communizationmovement" influence,set off unprecedented scale water conservancy construction.In this paper,the construction of the flood diversion and storage reservoir in the west Liaohe region,and the reservoir project built with the diversion project of the lower reaches of the Liaohe River have been carried out in accordance with the plan to control the Liao River,which is dominated by the construction of the large-scale reservoir construction.The evaluation of reservoir construction in Liaohe River basin during the Great Leap forward period discusses the formation of the climax of reservoir construction in the period of "Great Leap forward".The third part,on the basis of expounding the historical facts,objectively evaluates the reservoir construction in Liaohe River Basin.After the founding of the people's Republic of China,the Liaohe River Basin reservoir construction entered a new stage of development,and the advantages of the state system had an important impact on the Liaohe River Basin reservoir construction in the fifties of the 20 th century.During this period,the reservoir construction in the Liaohe River Basin laid the foundation for the Liaohe River Basin to control the Liao River in the main form of reservoir construction,which basically ensured the water conservancy demand of vigorously developing agriculture in the Liaohe River Basin.It has made an important contribution to the control of flood and drought disasters,the recovery of economy and the development of agriculture in the Liaohe River basin in the fifties of the 20 th century.
