With the deepening of relay protection information construction,the types and quantity of relay protection secondary equipment show a significant growth trend.Due to the complex structure of the secondary equipment,including a large number of electronic components,the state evaluation method and maintenance method are different from the primary equipment.The state maintenance method of the equipment cannot be directly applied.However,the secondary equipment maintenance in China started late,and most power departments are in the process.There is no unified standard and platform for carrying out secondary maintenance status maintenance.Therefore,in order to improve the level of operation and maintenance of secondary equipment in China,it is imperative to establish a standardized,standardized and lean secondary equipment condition maintenance assistant decision-making system.Firstly,according to the development and research status of power secondary equipment condition maintenance,this paper finds the problems of secondary equipment condition maintenance,and proposes four kinds of state quantity secondary equipment state evaluation models to provide theoretical basis for the design and implementation of the subject.Then,the business process is deeply analyzed,and the secondary equipment state maintenance assistant decision-making system is designed.The system is divided into five modules;data management,state evaluation and diagnosis,maintenance plan,process management and query statistics.Finally,according to theoretical research and system design,relevant functional modules and verification models are implemented.The system has achieved the goal of information management,state evaluation,maintenance assistance and analysis and statistics of power secondary equipment,and has high practical application value.
