The condition based maintenance of Grid equipment is the most realistic andeffective measure that ensures the grid equiments operate smoothly and safely when thepower grid develops so fast. It is also beneficial to the quality and high level of thepower supply, as well as the construction of power grid system. Nowadays, the mostimportant for the power department are that what measures should be taken to monitorthe state of different kinds of electric power equipments and how to set up themaintenance plan, which are beneficial to offering a stable and reliable power supplysystem to the customers. Therefore, in terms of the power department or the customers,a kind of condition-based maintenance system with sound safety and high quality isbadly needed. The system should be able to monitor and analyze the state of theequipments, which helps the department adopt the condition based maintenance systembased on the health of the equipments instead of the periodic recondition used before.Based on the realities of the power system in Ming Xi and focusing on thestandards of maintenance and management, the article mainly shows the research anddesign of the Assistant Decision-Making System for the condition-based maintenance ofthe power grid in Ming Xi, which is to make full use of the informatization platform.Besides, according to the maintenance reporting module of the complicated-functionrepair equipments, this article is to clarify and analyze the important daily work in MingXi Power Grid Corporation. In order to design and implement the functions of theAssistant Decision-Making System, make use of the three layers software structure thatcombines C/S structure and B/S structure, as well as the lasting data of Hibernataframework. In addition, it also introduces the details of the Assistant Decision-MakingSystem, which contains the acquisition of data, the assessment of the equipments’ state,the strategies of the maintenance and some other functions. The designed system is ofgreat ability of expression and meeting the demands of the customers. In conclusion, thesystem is of great benefit to the usage of different internet applications in Ming Xi gridsystem.
