In the 21st century,China's green energy industry has entered a stage of rapid development.Every industry vigorously advocates green economy.At the same time,the competition of UPS power industry in China is becoming more and more fierce.Because most of China's UPS power supply enterprises do not have the ability to achieve greater differentiation in technology and products,in order to ensure the rapid development of market share,enterprises must do a good job in cost control.It is very important to maintain the advantage of cost leadership.The cost control of materials has been basically balanced,so inventory management will play a vital role.Cost reduction can help.Help enterprises win competitive advantage in the future market competition,leading and surpassing competitors.Therefore,the optimization of inventory management is of great significance.In this paper,the supply chain logistics inventory management theory knowledge,combined with my work practice,the construction of supply chain inventory management optimization system,and S company as an example,its inventory management system optimization research,through the analysis of the status of S company inventory management,combined with the theoretical knowledge learned to optimize the deficiencies,in which the main needle company material management.The classification method and the more reasonable management method are used to analyze and diagnose the different characteristics of various materials.The experience and lessons of S company in market competitiveness are summarized.This paper not only puts forward some thoughts and explorations for S company's inventory management,provides some suggestions for S company's inventory cost control,but also provides some references for other domestic manufacturers in the same industry.
