In this era of rapid development of Internet information technology and global economic integration,the competition between enterprises is no longer the traditional individual competition,but the collective competition of a cooperative alliance and a supply chain.As a pillar industry of China,the market competition in the automobile industry is gradually heating up.As an important asset of automobile enterprises,the management of inventory should also break through the deadlock of traditional point and closed management thinking.Through the cooperation and information sharing of each link of the supply chain,the inventory should be unified and integrated,so as to achieve the effect of achieving cost saving,improving economic benefits and optimizing the allocation of supply chain resources.The new situation of efficient cooperation in procurement,production,warehousing and sales will promote the establishment of strategic alliances in each link of the supply chain and enhance the competitiveness of the whole supply chain.On the basis of summarizing the relevant literature at home and abroad,this thesis selects SAIC as the research object,combined with the literature analysis method,case study method and data analysis method,analyzes the current situation of the supply chain inventory management of Chinese enterprises,and analyzes the problems in the inventory management.Then,from the perspective of supply chain,the causes of enterprise inventory management problems are explored from the procurement,production,storage,sales and other links,and then targeted optimization suggestions are given.Through analysis,it is found that SAIC has problems such as insufficient procurement control,high dependence on suppliers and sluggish backlog of inventory.The reasons are found that SAIC has deficiencies in procurement,production,storage,sales and other links.Procurement: lack of scientific procurement plan,chaotic supplier management layout,poor inventory information communication;production: disadvantages in production mode,inadequate production control;warehousing: poor storage management,logistics mode old;sales link: deviation in sales forecast,and improper disposal of sluggish materials.Finally,this thesis designs an optimization scheme for SAIC based on the perspective of supply chain,hoping to effectively improve the efficiency of enterprise inventory management,so that SAIC can gain an advantage in the competition in the automobile market.At the same time also hope to give with the same industry enterprises a little inspiration.The suggestions are as follows:(1)in the procurement link,standardize the procurement information control mechanism,improve the scientific nature of the procurement plan,and strengthen the supplier management and cooperation.(2)In the production process,change the product production mode,innovate the product optimization process,and strengthen the production plan control.(3)In the warehousing link,promote the coordination of warehousing management departments,fine management of warehousing data and information,and introduce the joint inventory management mode.(4)In the sales link,broaden the sales channels of enterprises,improve the market analysis ability,and optimize the disposal of sluggish materials.In addition,the ERP system is required to be upgraded to more closely control the process of inventory procurement,production,sales and storage,and realize the dynamic management of inventory;promote the visualization of supply chain,make more accurate demand forecast,formulate reasonable procurement plan,control procurement cost and reduce inventory backlog;improve logistics efficiency,realize logistics interconnection,regional interconnection,reduce the logistics distribution cost among inventory,and ensure the smooth transportation of materials. |
