Study On Stakeholder Communication Management Effectiveness Of Existing Residential Building Reinforcement Projects

The existing residential building reinforcement projects is a project benefiting people of the government in recent years,and it is more and more popular in china.On the one hand,the existing residential building reinforcement projects can protect the safety of buildings.On the other hand,these projects can improve the comfort of ordinary people.However,there are many problems and difficulties in such projects.Poor communication and inadequate communication management are not to be overlooked.The information asymmetry and poor communication between the various stakeholders in the existing residential building reinforcement projects is an important reason for project delay,cost increase and engineering quality degradation.The importance of communication management is more and more prominent in project management.Therefore,study on the communication management of stakeholders in such projects is necessary.Based on that,in order to make the old residential reinforcement and renovation project successfully accomplish the goal,the benefits will be maximized.Based on the basic theories and methods of project management and communication management,this paper conducts scientific research on the communication and management of stakeholders in the renovation and renovation of old houses.From the perspective of the construction unit,the effectiveness of the communication management of stakeholders in an old residential reinforcement and renovation project was studied.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:First of all,it analyzes the research status of communication management,communication management effectiveness and stakeholder theory at home and abroad.Secondly,it introduces the problems and causes in the communication management of stakeholders in an old residential building reinforcement project in Beijing,and identifies the communication barriers from the perspective of the construction unit and various stakeholders,and carries out and analysis the communication management system for each stage of the project.Thirdly,through the expert interviews,questionnaires,and analytic hierarchy process,the effectiveness evaluation of the stakeholders’ communication management of the old residential reinforcement and renovation project was made,and evalue communication management effects from the perspectives of construction period,quality,economy,technology,economy and society.Finally,it gives some measures of the stakeholders’ communication management of the old residential reinforcement and renovation project.The purpose of this paper is providing communication solutions and strategies for the communication management of old residential reinforcement and renovation projects in order to effectively control the entire project.Based on the stakeholder theory,this paper studies the communication management of the old residential reinforcement and reconstruction project from the perspective of the construction unit,and uses the AHP to evaluate the effectiveness,which provides a research idea for such projects,and gives corresponding optimization strategies which have been developed for similar projects.
