| Electric power industry is not only an industry to protect people’s livelihood,but also a basic industry to ensure the normal operation of modern society.It is closely related to all people’s lives and plays an important role in China’s social development.In recent years,although the electric power company has been deepening its reform,the responsibility and role of guaranteeing people’s livelihood are the same as the original intention.With the convening of the 19 th National Congress and the arrival of the new era,the electric power company has also taken into account the responsibility of guaranteeing the steady growth of regional economy and is in the process of building a strong,democratic,civilized,harmonious and beautiful socialist modernization power country.It plays an irreplaceable role.In today’s social market economy environment,with the changes of socialist contradictions in the new era,people begin to pay more attention to the service level of enterprises on the basis of quality and quantity,and the importance of external communication of enterprises is gradually highlighted.Due to the short time for power companies to complete the system reform,the communication system of enterprise management is not perfect,the way to adapt to the development of market economy is not familiar,the external communication of power companies has not received due attention,and communication methods and efficiency need to be improved.Through field interviews,questionnaires and other forms of analysis of X Power Company external management communication status,focusing on three aspects of external communication between the power company and power users,power companies,government departments to study the factors affecting the external communication effect,and according to the relevant factors put forward constructive improvement measures.Firstly,it analyses the current external communication situation of power companies,classifies the current communication situation,and summarizes the characteristics of three kinds of external communication.In the communication with electricity users,service is the main way,marketing is the main way,and in the communication with government departments,policy is the main way to seek support and help the development of enterprises.Secondly,it summarizes and combs the problems existing in each kind ofexternal communication,and according to the existing problems,it analyses the main influencing factors.Finally,through the analysis and summary,the constructive measures to improve the external management communication of X power enterprise are put forward systematically from the aspects of attitude,communication skills and skills,communication feedback and management methods. |
