With the rapid development of the popularization of electric vehicles,in the external environment,the market demands more and more time limit for the research and development,production and sales of new models;in the internal environment,more and more complex stakeholders participate in the development of new models,which,due to the management problems caused by multi stakeholder projects,has more and more serious impact on the progress of vehicle development.The reason is that the communication methods,channels and skills among project stakeholders have not been properly handled and planned,and various information in the process of the project cannot be timely and accurately transmitted to the corresponding stakeholders,or the information is missing or distorted in the process of transmission,resulting in the stakeholders unable to accurately grasp the status and progress of the project,and the needs of stakeholders.The demand can not be smoothly transferred to the upstream and downstream,resulting in project delay or even failure.Scientific and effective communication management is the prerequisite to ensure the smooth implementation of the project.According to the characteristics of electric vehicle development project,combining the theory of communication management and related literature,according to the periodic characteristics of the project life cycle,this paper analyzes and studies the application of communication management in the project.This paper analyzes the difficulties and characteristics of the communication management of the cross functional,cross departmental and cross regional multi stakeholder participation in the development project of electric vehicle,analyzes the problems in different stages of the project,analyzes them according to the theory and tools of communication management,puts forward solutions,and demonstrates and improves the solutions continuously in the implementation of the project,so as to make them become Effective and solid communication procedures.At the end of this paper,it summarizes the successful cases and lessons of communication management in the development project of electric vehicle,which provides reference for the high level of communication management in the future.
