Whether in agriculture,industry or daily life,the warehouse is an important place for people to work,live and store goods.News report on a large number of casualties and property losses caused by warehouse environmental accidents are not uncommon.The environmental problems of the warehouses have brought great security risks to people's work and life.Therefore,the real-time monitoring and intelligent management of the warehouse environment is extremely important for the development of society.Based on it,this paper proposes a real-time environment monitoring system for warehouse based on Modbus-RTU protocol.Using a structured and modular program for the software and hardware designing and Implementation,this paper have developed a environment monitoring system with environmental parameter collection,real-time data processing,real-time data monitoring,real-time alarm control and friendly interface.The system can collect,process,display and automatically adjust various environmental parameters of the warehouse.The system is mainly composed of computer,warehouse controller and environmental monitor.By integrating multiple environment sensors,the environment monitor collects multiple environmental parameters in the area.The warehouse controller collects the real-time data collected by several environmental monitors in the warehouse,and displays various real-time environmental parameters.At the same time,according to the threshold value set by the user,it can judge whether the environmental parameters in the warehouse are abnormal.If abnormality occurs,the controller will give the voice alarm drives the relay or invokes the infrared control module to control the specified device,so as to adjust the environment change and restore the warehouse environment to a normal state.The computer realizes centralized management,remote monitoring and data storage of multiple warehouses by communicating with multiple warehouse controllers.Firstly,this paper analyzes the development status of the warehouse environment monitoring system domestic and abroad by consulting reference and summarizes the problems existing in the monitoring system of the warehouse environment and the future development trend.After that,the principle,definition and architecture of the Modbus communication protocol are elaborated.The various parts of the protocol,including the transmission mode of the protocol,the composition of the common frame,and the function code,are analyzed in detail,which provides a theoretical basis for the design of the paper.In terms of system hardware design,the hardware circuit design in each functional module of the'warehouse controller and the environmental monitor is completed by combining the STM32 microcontroller chip.In the aspect of system software design,multi-task management and scheduling are realized by transplanting embedded real-time operating system ?C/OS-?,and Modbus communication protocol formulation and ZigBee communication software design are completed.Finally,the system is tested in the field after the design is completed.After a long time of testing,the real-time monitoring system designed in this paper has good reliability,stability and scalability,and is suitable for real-time monitoring of various warehouse environments.
