As an important place to store goods,if the environment of the warehouse does not meet the storage conditions of goods,especially for the storage of ancient books and archives or traditional Chinese medicine warehouse,the storage of important materials in the warehouse can not be guaranteed,which will have a great impact on human production and life.Therefore,it is particularly important to establish a monitoring system to ensure the good environment of the warehouse.With the breakthrough of sensors and embedded related technologies and the innovation of communication technologies,related technologies have been applied to warehouse monitoring and management.However,it still faces many problems,such as single function,low efficiency and poor timeliness.In this context,this paper studies the mainstream Modbus Protocol in embedded system.With the help of ?C/OS-? real-time operating system and FreeModbus protocol stack,a warehouse monitoring system based on Modbus protocol is proposed.First of all,this paper investigates the design and management requirements of the warehouse environment at home and abroad,as well as the development status of the warehouse monitoring system.Combined with the development of this field at home,the project plan is formulated.Secondly,the Modbus communication protocol is studied deeply.According to the characteristics and differences of three Modbus protocol modes:RTU,ASCII and TCP,the RTU mode is determined as the data transmission protocol of field monitoring equipment and data processing subsystem,and the TCP mode as the transmission protocol of Ethernet communication between remote upper computer and data processing subsystem.The communication scheme of the system has been completed.Then,according to the overall demand of the system,the division of labor of each subsystem is determined,including data acquisition,data processing and remote control three subsystems.Its core is monitor,controller and upper computer.The monitor and the controller are the field devices.After comparing and selecting the Cortex-M3 processor as the core,and according to its peripheral interface and pin layout,the sensor type and the way of human-computer interaction are selected.The monitor,controller and related peripheral modules are designed comprehensively.And transplant the core of ?C/OS-?and FreeModbus protocol stack to complete the software and hardware design of the three subsystems.Among them,the monitor can monitor various environmental parameters such as the temperature of the relevant location in the warehouse and upload the data in time,and transmit the above data to the controller through the RS-485 bus.The controller can adjust the environment adaptively,including turning on the relevant regulating equipment such as dehumidifier,and connecting to the remote PC through the network cable.The PC can realize the efficient management and data storage of multiple warehouses through Ethernet.Finally,build the warehouse monitoring system,simulate all kinds of abnormal environment for testing.After a long time of operation,the system performs well,can achieve the expected function,and has good stability and promotion value.
