Application And Research Of BIM Technology On Resident Project

The conversion of design drawings into a visible building often requires a lot of participating units such as design units,construction units,materials and equipment supply units,supervision units,consulting units and owners,and as the period of construction projects is relatively long and many visas,changes,and rework in the construction process,These factors will have a certain impact on the progress management and cost management of the project.How to improve the work efficiency of construction projects,reduce the rework rate,improve the project management level & project quality,and achieve information sharing are urgent problems for the entire construction industry and cost industry.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a digital platform BIM that shares information,enhances communication,saves costs and ensures project progress.This paper takes the 5# building of the high-rise residential building Nanchang Yasongju as the research object,builds the BIM 3D building model based on the building material information and geometric space information of the project,and uses the database owned by the model to show all the information of the building via Three-dimensional form,which including the internal space structure and the external contour of the building,the civil and hardcover materials that used on the project,and the dimensions of the three-dimensional space,and the data related to the project are shared and shared in real time,so as to realize the effective control and management of the construction progress,cost and quality of the Nanchang Yasongju project.The content of this paper has the following five aspects:1.Through the creation of the BIM 3D model of the Nanchang Yasongju project,the drawings will be reviewed and the project information will be shared.2.Taking the Nanchang Yasongju project as an example to illustrate the superiority of BIM technology in different stages of engineering cost management,compared with that of traditional cost management.3.In the construction phase of the Nanchang Yasongju project,carry out BIM4 D simulation on the construction progress,compare the actual progress with the planned progress,and if there is deviation,management department will adjust the progress so as to achieve effective control of the progress.4.Implement BIM 5D refined & detailed management and cost control in the development process of the Nanchang Yasongju project.5.By analyzing the problems existing in the BIM technology in the Nanchang Yasongju project and solved them in a targeted manner,so that BIM technology can better serve the project management.This paper focus on the application & research of BIM technology using on Nanchang Yasongju project,which provides reference for the cost effective control and cost management of similar projects in the future.Through the simulation construction of the construction phase,the construction process of the Nanchang Yasongju project will be displayed in detail on the timeline,which can greatly reduce the change,rework and waste of construction materials during the construction process of the project.BIM 5D adds the dimension of progress and cost to BIM 3D,realizing the dynamic management of project schedule and cost,thus achieving the purpose of cost saving,project management level and cost management level.Through the information and data information accumulated by the Nanchang Yalongju project,these data materials have certain reference value for the development of similar engineering projects in the future,which not only can realize rapid decision-making and optimization of design schemes,but also can carry out schedule control and cost control.That can reduce project costs.
