In recent years,due to the situation of scarce land resource and rising land price in our country,high-rise civil buildings increasingly play an important role in building construction field.With sustaining and rapid development of national economy,they have made different levels of breakthrough in such aspects as number,height and structural complexity.Compared with multistory civil buildings,high-rising buildings are characterized by huge amount of work,great demand for fund and long cycle of construction.Therefore,on both large and small scale management at whole life cycle stages in such as decision-making,design,construction,operation,maintenance and so on is more complex and difficult.By contrast,management of high-rise civil buildings in China still relatively lags behind,there is a long way to go.A lot of contract representations often happen in engineering practice that understanding of the tasks and contents is not enough,methods and measures are insufficient,function system is failed to achieve true effectivity,etc.As the saying goes: “High buildings rise from ground”.It's great helpful to draw lessons from the past timely with the purpose of serious basic research.Project management is scientific management activities for overall process under the premise of meeting various requirements such as quality,time limit and so on.It mainly achieve goals and benefits by means of various activities of technology,economy and management.All kinds of job can't do without the use and turnover of fund,finance is enterprises' blood,capital chain is crucial blood supply for engineering to maintain the vigor and vitality of the organism as a whole.A question of questions in front of builders is how to deploy and integrate a variety of resources for the purpose of economic and social benefits we expect,which is the meaning of management.In this paper,on the basis of life cycle cost management theory,through the cost management introduction of Evergrande real estategroup co.,LTD.,analysis and study of tall buildings cost management method and its ' application in practice.From organizational structure,system design,operation tools,working process and design aspects of enterprise cost management system,and put forward decision-making,design and implementation phase of the control measures.Through analyzing enterprise present situation,and further put forward targeted rationalization proposal,help improve the overall management level.Based on the enterprise and the specific case analysis,reasoning,fully apply theory to practice,I strived for operable management measures and actively explore effective path to improve managerial performance.This article hope to be able to provide some valuable reference and proposal for the same industry by the way of improving the management work of tall buildings on the optimization stage.
