With the increasing demand for heat supply in Suzhou National Hi-Tech District,speeding up the formation of heating pipe network in the region has become the key work of the district government.Under this situation,the project of heating steam pipe network in Suzhou Science and Technology Town becomes an important project within the scope of Suzhou National Hi-Tech District.Suzhou is located in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River,and the heating medium in its main pipeline is steam,which is different from the hot water heating system in the north of China.The steam heating system is more dangerous and has greater social impact on the leakage of the medium.Therefore,how to carry out quality management is one of the most important tasks in many heat supply network construction projects.In general,the quality control of steam pipe network project exists in three stages: the early stage,the middle stage,the late stage.The early stage is the design stage;the middle stage is about construction management stage and the late stage is completion acceptance.Because of the methods and objects of quality control in each stage are different,it is necessary to take different schemes to study the quality problems or risk points exposed in different stages and different engineering circumstances on the basis of the research on integrated quality control management.In order to study the quality management of the heating steam pipe network construction project of Suzhou Science and Technology Town more objectively and reasonably,the risk sources of each stage of the project are obtained with the statistical analysis of all heating projects in the quality of the characteristic of Suzhou National Hi-Tech District in the last 5 years in this paper,and the corresponding risk points of each risk source are analyzed with using the fishbone analysis method,then the risk points are evaluated and ranked by the LEC evaluation method.On the basis of the ranking list,the countermeasures to reduce the frequency of risk ? the probability of accidents and the seriousness of the consequences of accidents are made,and the quality management system with strong pertinence is put forward,which plays the role of risk pre-control in the system.
