Electricity is one of the main energy sources in the rapid development of society,demand for electrical energy is also increasing,especially the electricity.Hydropower has become the focus of the power energy industry as a clean and renewable energy source.But the traditional way of power production can no longer meet the demand for power quality and reliability,and traditional management methods can no longer support personnel to manage the latest equipment.In modern times,with the invention of computer technology,computer technology has been fully developed under the efforts of numerous technicians.Computer monitoring technology has been applied to hydropower stations to improve the safety,and reliable operation of hydropower plants,to increase the power generation capacity of power plants,resulting in higher benefits.It has open and modular functions in the automatic monitoring system of this paper.It can acquire data of the main equipment and auxiliary equipment of the hydropower plant,it can be processed by the upper computer,and it can realize on-line control,adjustment and control at the same time.The operation of man-machine interface is intuitive and convenient,and the system also has the function of fast communication.This paper takes the secondary power plant of Guizhou Baishuihe Power Generation Co.,Ltd.as the research object,studies the automatic monitoring system of the hydropower plant,combines the site environment and the monitoring requirements of the power plant,and studies and designs the automatic monitoring system of the secondary plant of Guizhou baishuihe power generation Co.,Ltd.The automatic monitoring system of the secondary plant of Guizhou baishuihe power generation Co.,Ltd is based on the China National Water Corporation's H9000 monitoring system.The system is divided into three layers:the plant control layer and the local control unit layer,and the process layer.The H9000 automatic system uses the entire plant's unified GPS clock signal.When communicating,the communication function is real-time communication via 100/1000Mbps adaptive optical Ethernet.According to the requirements of the hydropower station in terms of control functions and control methods,the system is divided into three levels:the plant station control layer,the local control unit layer,and the process layer.The plant control layer is composed of two host computers,which are mainly used to automatically control the power station and display faults and comprehensive information in real time.The local control unit layer is composed of the unit LCU and switch gear and public LCU,to realize the data acquisition and monitoring functions of each unit,and provide the local human-machine interaction function of each unit.It has the function of linking up and down in this three-layer structure,communication with the plant station control layer and process layer.The process layer consists of electronic transformers,merging units,intelligent terminals and connects primary equipment and secondary equipment,electronic transformers,merging units,and intelligent terminals,used to sample the primary current and voltage equivalents,and then transmit the information via digitization and switch position to the local control unit layer.At the same time,packets are passed through the local control unit layer.Control commands issued to implement digital commands and switch operations.In terms of communication,the plant control layer and the local control unit layer communicate through the programmable logic controller(PLC)built-in Ethernet card;the local control unit layer and process layer adopt IEC61850 protocol of adopt field bus type,this network structure enables PLC to communicate with communication devices,on-site smart meters,speed regulation and excitation systems,and relay protection systems.In the system,the PLC and the host computer are all designed with abundant software and hardware interfaces and are highly open.
