As an important infrastructure for urban modernization and economic development,distribution network plays an important role in the safe operation of power systems.As an important link in the distribution network,relay protection devices have always been one of the important evaluation indicators for investment decision makers.With the rapid development of the national economy,the scale of the power grid continues to expand,and the quality of the relay protection equipment of the distribution network is becoming more and more important.The life cycle theory is to investigate the sum of all direct or indirect loss costs from the purchase to the use,subsequent routine maintenance and failures during the life cycle or effective life cycle of the equipment.This paper applies it to the evaluation of equipment economics.And reliability,the research work is as follows:The cost of the relay protection device only reflects its economy and cannot evaluate the operational reliability of the equipment.This paper introduces the fault penalty cost to represent the economic loss,instead of replacing the reliability evaluation weight of the real power failure loss cost protection device;The cost of failure loss,establish a typical industry cost model,introduce the blackout loss correction factor to calculate the industrial blackout loss assessment model,and finally construct a comprehensive index model based on LCC to evaluate the economics and reliability of the protection device.Aiming at the lack of a large number of parameter indicators in the existing relay protection equipment account,there are many indicators that can be provided with different dimensions and different magnitudes.This paper combines the actual data of the underlying indicators to analyze and compare the Delphi method and the coefficient of variation method.,analytic hierarchy process and improved triangle fuzzy number analytic hierarchy method,etc.,select the most appropriate weighting method,convert the value of each indicator into the rating value of each supplier,and visually display the supplier from the data level.The advantages and disadvantages between the devices are guaranteed.In view of the previous experience and lack of data support for the purchase of relay protection equipment,this paper develops a relay protection device evaluation system based on the secondary equipment account of the provincial OMS system.While recording and preserving the device details,the system will also calculate based on the established indicator model and expert weights,provide cost analysis results of different dimensions,and convert them into different supplier scores.The final analysis results will be columned using Echarts plug-in.Figure,to provide a comprehensive evaluation basis for the procurement equipment bidding procurement personnel.
