Study On The Present Situation Of Energy Utilization And The Influencing Factors Of Energy Efficiency In Jiangxi Province

Promoting high-quality,leap-forward development is the primary strategy of Jiangxi in the new era.This is the only way for Jiangxi to rise up as an underdeveloped region and to build a well-off society in an all-round way.Economic high quality and leaping development are inseparable from the rational allocation of energy resources.However,Jiangxi Province is a province with few energy resources.The resource endowment shows the characteristics of “lack of coal,less water(energy),no oil,and lack of gas”.The contradiction between energy supply and energy demand will seriously affect the sustained and healthy development of Jiangxi's economy.The "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan" period is the decisive stage for the complete establishment of a well-off society in Jiangxi and the whole country.It is also a crucial period for promoting the energy production,consumption revolution and building a clean,lowcarbon,safe and efficient modern energy system.Optimizing the allocation of energy resources has great practical value and Important epochal significance for Jiangxi to maintain sustained and healthy economic development.Focusing on the two aspects of energy resource allocation and energy efficiency utilization in Jiangxi Province,by collecting and arranging the energy output and consumption data of Jiangxi Province in the past 20 years,basing on the previous research results of energy utilization in Jiangxi Province,from the endowment of energy resources,Energy supply and demand characteristics,energy transportation system,and energy security hazards this paper summarize the main characteristics,main problems and potential hidden dangers of energy utilization in Jiangxi Province.Selecting the time data of energy utilization and economic growth in Jiangxi Province from 1995 to 2017,using the total energy consumption,asset stock and labor population as input indicators,and the total GDP as the output index,based on the DEA analysis.this study measures the total efficiency of energy in Jiangxi Province and analyzes the timing changes of energy efficiency in Jiangxi Province.At the same time,it combines the results of energy efficiency evaluation,and selects economic growth,industrial layout,technological progress,market development level,urbanization process,energy structure and other indicators as explanatory variables to study the factors affecting energy efficiency.The article is divided into seven chapters in the structure.Among them: the first chapter is the introduction;the second chapter is the related concepts and theories;the third chapter is the analysis of the current situation of energy allocation in Jiangxi Province;the fourth chapter is the measurement and analysis of energy efficiency in Jiangxi Province;the fifth chapter is the influencing factors of energy efficiency Analysis;the sixth chapter is the empirical conclusions and policy recommendations;the seventh chapter is the conclusion and outlook of the full text research.Through empirical research,this study finds that Jiangxi Province's energy use efficiency is increasing and dynamic optimization trend;regression analysis shows that industrial structure evolution has a significant positive effect on energy efficiency,and marketization level has a negative impact on energy efficiency;The analysis of impulse response function shows that technological progress has a long-term positive impact on energy efficiency in Jiangxi Province,and optimizing energy structure has a significant and lasting important effect on energy efficiency.Based on this,the paper finally from four aspects--improving the comparative advantage to optimize the industrial structure,increase the proportion of clean energy and accelerate the innovation and application of energy technology,and comprehensively layout the transmission and distribution network—to give specific recommendations to optimize the energy structure,promote energy efficiency in Jiangxi Province.
