A Temporal And Spatial Study On Resource Allocation And Efficiency Of Rural Public Medical Facilities

Medical and health resources are an indispensable resource for maintaining health and ensuring the quality of life.How to scientifically use and allocate medical and health resources has been an important topic in the field of medical,social and geographic research at home and abroad.This research is based on the National Natural Science Foundation General Project(41871176)and the National Natural Science Foundation Youth Science Foundation Project(41801177),and Songzi City,Hubei Province as the research area.Using the efficiency level to conduct space-time research,the author mainly completed the following research work:(1)Collecting first-hand information through field surveys and applying to the government to disclose data,etc.,constructing the Songzi City Public Health Medical Database,including administrative division maps and township medical treatment Elements such as resource data.(2)Descriptive statistics of the current status of public medical resources in Songzi City from two aspects of input and output of public medical resources.(3)From a dual perspective of space and efficiency,through the time-space analysis of the public medical resource allocation and efficiency of Songzi City from 2008 to 2017,explore and evaluate the current situation of public medical resource allocation and efficiency in Songzi City.The analysis in this article is mainly done with the help of ArcGIS 10.2,DEAP2.1,Office 2016,DEA SOLVER PRO5.0 and other software,and uses spatial analysis,DEA analysis,geographic measurement and statistics to complete related calculations and analysis.The study found that:(1)The public medical resources in Songzi City are unevenly distributed,with obvious spatial differences,presenting a central pattern with the central town as the core and radiating to the adjacent area,with obvious centrality and distance attenuation rules.(2)Low-value areas of public medical resource allocation in Songzi City mostly appear in the marginal areas of the study area.Most of these areas are relatively weak in terms of economic foundation,public services,infrastructure,etc.,and belong to the shortcomings in resource allocation.(3)The number of villages and towns that have fully utilized medical resources in Songzi City is less than 70%annually.The overall efficiency of public medical resource utilization is not high and the differences between towns and villages are relatively large.(4)Some areas of Songzi City have different levels of medical resource input redundancy and insufficient output problems,and the public medical resource allocation structure needs to be further optimized.
