With the social development, rapid change of times, and science and technology progression, the structure of the aging population has undergone fundamental changes. The problem of worldwide pension has become increasingly prominent, and the design for the aging population has attracted more and more attention. The accelerated development of aging population and aging society has brought more and more economic and social problems to the country and needs to be resolved.Under the background of the accelerated development of China's population aging, the design and development of aged care products lag behind the development and changes of the elderly population. The existing design of the aged care products on the market is far from mature. The performance is that the number of products is small and the functions are singular. The products have various problems in terms of materials, colors and processing techniques. In addition, the fineness is not enough, and the user's experience does not fully take into account the real needs of the elderly, especially the physical, psychological and social behaviors of the elderly who need to be taken care of for the disease. In extreme cases, companies may design the ageing care products for elderly people with low security and lack of humanity for the pursuit of economic benefits;or those products may focus on the pursuit of flashy, excessive packaging, which leads to unnecessary waste of resources and lacks of ethical design behaviors. Therefore, the design and research of aged care products need to face the design ethical issues, truly pay attention to and understand the needs of the elderly group are designed to meet the ethics disciplines and the needs of the elderly. This paper is divided into six parts: the first chapter is the introduction, which is the background, purpose, meaning of the thesis, the main content of the research, the research method, the technical route of the research and the structure of the thesis. The second chapter discusses the development and generation of design ethics, research on the ethical concept of the latest design theory. In the third chapter, the design ethics concept has been widely recognized in the design community, and hasbeen widely used in our daily necessities. In the fourth chapter,we study the concept, classification, ageing care products, and the status quo of development, and its importance to the social development;and exploration of the design of aged care products must seriously consider the physiological, psychological and behavioral characteristics of the elderly, adhere to the old-based design concept. In Chapter 5,based on design ethics of aged care products, the research starts with the questionnaire and analyzes the data from various angles. It draws the current ethical problems in the aged care products in China, and applies the design concepts of design ethics, which closely combines with the basic needs and product appeals of the elderly, the ethical characteristics, etc.,to sum up the design principles of modern aged care products. The sixth chapter is the full summary. The current design of aged care products is inadequate for China's rapidly developing aging society. This shortage of aged care products calls for active research and thorough discussion for the design of aged care products, and to re-examine the existing product design from the perspective of design ethics.Finding and discovering the lack of design ethics, awakening designers' innovations, changes in design concepts, designing products that meet their real needs for the elderly, are all essential for promoting the development of China's social economy, building an ideal aging society, satisfying the people for the pursuit of a better life, improved life quality throughout people's life cycle, and enhancing the people's sense of well-being with a solid material foundation.
