At present,there are GTC-1?GTC-3?GTC-4?GTC-6 and GTC-80 types of rail flaw detection vehicles running on existing railway lines in China.The running control systems of these rail flaw detection vehicles are all controlled by hard wire and relay,and the instruments are all controlled by analog pointer meters,Therefore,the extendibility of the function is poor,fault detection is difficult,equipment parameters information display is limited,affecting the efficiency of vehicle operation and construction.It has become a very urgent requirement to solve the problem of expandable function,intuitive fault detection and comprehensive display of equipment parameter information of rail flaw detection vehicle.How to solve these problems is the focus of this article.In order to solve the problems of poor function extendibility,inconvenient troubleshooting and complete display of equipment information of rail.flaw detection vehicle,this paper puts forward a solution of adopting distributed network control system in train control.The touch screen is used to replace the analog pointer meter,and the network control module is used to realize the running control and fault alarm.Meanwhile,the remote fault diagnosis function is added to protect the efficient operation of the rail flaw detection vehicle.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The electric system of the new type of rail flaw detection vehicle is introduced.The electric system of the new type of rail flaw detection vehicle is mainly composed of power supply system,distributed network control system,.display system and auxiliary electric system.The main functions and implementation plan of each system are introduced.(2)The electrical system of new rail flaw detection vehicle is the main research object.The power supply,cooling in summer and heating in winter are calculated and selected.Complete the selection and calculation of start-up battery,the calculation of vehicle refrigeration capacity and heat production,the selection and parameters of generator,air conditioner and electric heater.(3)Through the research and development of the electric system of the new type rail flaw detection vehicle and the verification of the loading,it is found that the scheme solves the problems of troubleshooting and function expansion of all diesel rail vehicles currently in use.It provides a good solution for the design of other similar vehicle electrical systems in the future.
