As a new type of automatic identification technology,Radio Frequency Identification(RFID)is a wireless radio frequency communication method,which has been widely used in many fields of life,such as identification,bus card,container transportation identification and electronic non-stop.In the field of electronic toll collection(ETC).The electronic non-stop charging system is an intelligent transportation system that realizes automatic charging of vehicles without parking.The ETC system is not only safe and efficient,but also does not require manual maintenance,which greatly reduces the cost of charge management.It is widely used in many countries and has high charging efficiency.This paper mainly studies the path loss generated in ETC system,and analyzes the influencing factors of path loss one by one,and proposes the path loss model in different scenarios of ETC system.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The application of RFID technology in electronic toll collection system(ETC)is studied.The introduction of RFID technology in ETC system is introduced by introducing the basic principles and workflow of RFID technology.(2)The mechanism of radio wave propagation in wireless channel is studied,and the fading model suitable for this paper is proposed.The mechanism of radio wave propagation in wireless channel is introduced in detail.The main path affecting transmission efficiency is derived,and the path loss of multi-propagation is derived.In the application scenario,a radio wave propagation mechanism suitable for the ETC system is proposed.(3)The direct path,the reflection path and the diffraction path in the ETC system are studied.The path loss generated in the ETC system is analyzed for both singlelane and multi-lane application scenarios.Through the theoretical analysis of specific scenes and the simulation of MATLAB,the path loss model of ETC system under different application scenarios is proposed.
