Study On The Operation Plan Of Railway Express Freight Train

With the adjustment of industrial structure in China and the gradual improvement of the railway network, Transportation demand is becoming ever more diverse. With the establishment of the real-name registration system, rapid, punctual, convenient, safe transport is an urgent problem. As the guidance document of railway work, the operation scheme affects the efficiency of production and transportation service level directly. The research on the operation scheme is helpful to both increase market share of express freight transportation and utilize the released capacity legitimately.The connotation of express freight transportation was described firstly. Based on the summary of the transportation organization mode and the transport characteristics of products at home and abroad, disadvantages of our express freight transportation organization were foundThe content and the influence factors of the operation scheme were analyzed. Then, the two categories of reasons for operation plan adjustment were studied, which are freight fluctuation and network adjustment. According to the principle of operation plan adjustment based on the feedback control, adjustment process of the operation scheme were proposed and three methods were put forward, which divided into global adjustment, local adjustment and special adjustment.Through the analysis of the interaction mechanism between the express freight and the operation scheme, the corresponding relation between the elements of the express freight and the operation scheme was put forward. Considering the freight fluctuation, the adaptive detection method was set up based on time flow.Considering the global adjustment caused by the freight fluctuation, the optimization model of operation scheme was put forward, within the limit of the freight flow and the train capacity. This model aimed to maximize the revenue of railway interests, to minimize the cost of consignors, and to maximize the total volume of goods transported.In order to transform multi-objective programming into the single objective programming, the main objective method and linear weighted method were applied. To maximize the total volume of goods transported was regard as a constraint condition, as a secondary goal. Double-Sweep algorithm was utilized to get the feasible path set, and an improved particle swarm optimization algorithm was utilized to optimization operation scheme. Through verification, the model and the algorithm was effective.
