Since the separation of government and enterprises in China,the state railway bureau and its local railway supervisory administrations perform government functions to supervise and manage the construction safety of the railway lines in operation.However,during the implementation of the work,the scope of supervision is wide,the supervision tasks are heavy,and the information of various departments is not smooth.The state railway bureau and its local railway supervisory administrations have not yet established the safety supervision system for the railway lines in operation.The information links and sharing between the railway supervision departments and the railway bureaus under the jurisdiction are poor,and it is impossible to effectively control and improve the degree of improvement.It can not meet the actual needs of regulatory work.Therefore,the development of safety supervision system for the railway lines in operation to assist in the implementation of supervision work,can enable the effective interconnection of information between the relevant railway departments,thereby optimizing the supervision work mode and promoting the overall improvement of the supervision work level and efficiency.First,this thesis studies and analyzes the workflow of the railway lines in operation construction safety supervision.The state railway bureau and its local railway supervisory administrations must adhere to the principle of "having laws to follow,laws to be enforced,law enforcement to be strict,and illegality to be punished,in undertaking the safety supervision of the railway lines in operation.The requirements for documents such as railway laws and regulations shall be prepared for the inspection work plan for the current year and the current month,and supervision and inspection shall be carried out as planned.After the supervision and inspection work is completed,the inspection situation should be analyzed,and the rectification notice will be issued to each inspection unit on the inspection problem,and the subsequent improvement and effect will be reviewed and controlled.The construction safety supervision of the railway lines in operation has many work points,wide scope and high complexity.Therefore,in order to meet the various business needs in the process of supervision,this thesis proposes the functional structure of the system.It includes four functional modules:inspection basis,inspection plan,supervision and inspection,and statistical analysis.And on the basis of demand analysis,planning and designing various functional modules of the system through flow chart,class diagram and time series diagram.The management file query and maintenance,the instruction manual query and maintenance,the equipment information query and import,the inspection plan formulation and management,and the inspection situation are mainly designed.And feedback situation query and management,problem feedback,statistical analysis and other 28 major functions;using the entity relationship model to design 20 database table structure,completed the system database design.Finally,for the development task,using B/S architecture,SSM framework technology and Web MVC model,using Java as the development and operation platform,selecting Oracle database and configuring Tomcat application server and other development tools to implement the system,a total of 67 pages were generated.Screenshots of 25 running pages show the specific implementation process of the main functional modules of the system.
