In recent years,the railway reform is accelerating year by year.In March 2013,the Ministry of Railways was canceled and the State Council established the State Administration of Railways and the China Railway Corporation.On November 17,2017,all 18 railway administrations completed the company system reform.With the gradual reform of the railway,the original railway dangerous goods supervision system has also undergone changes.The supervision and management of railway dangerous goods under the new era has just started.After filing the data which came from the completed supervision that,the supervision data are reused to a lesser extent every year.And National Railway Administration or Regional Railway Administration cannot quantitatively understand the safety status of railway dangerous goods handling stations.In this paper,the interval trapezoid two fuzzy number multi-criteria group decision-making method is used to research the safety supervision evaluation and design information management system module of railway dangerous goods handling station,quantified the safety status of the railway dangerous goods handling station after the supervision and improved the data utilization after filing.Then,an example is given to the next several dangerous goods handling stations in a certain area of Regional Railway Administration,and the model method is verified.The specific research structure is as follows:Firstly,the present situation of the railway transportation of dangerous goods in our country is introduced.The content and focus of supervision of the railway dangerous goods transportation in our country are analyzed.The status quo of safety supervision of railway dangerous goods in our country and others is briefly described.The research direction of this paper is clear.Secondly,on the basis of analyzing the present status of safety supervision of railway dangerous goods handling station,and further analyzes the safety status and influencing factors of railway dangerous goods handling station,designs the scoring questionnaire and establishes the evaluation index system of safety status supervision of railway dangerous goods handling station.Thirdly,based on the above analysis,the multi-criteria decision-making method of interval trapezoidal two fuzzy number is further elaborated.Firstly,the quantification index is determined by the interval trapezoidal two fuzzy number and the expectation of fuzzy numbers,and then the weight of the index is obtained by an optimal combination weighting method.Finally,the TOPSIS method is introduced to evaluate the safety status of the handling station.In addition,there also elaborates the steps of the risk index method on the risk rating of dangerous goods handling station safety status.Fourth,taking the three railway dangerous goods handling stations of A Regional Railway Administration as an example,this paper also analyzes and verifies the model method,and proves that the TOPSIS method based on interval trapezoidal two-type fuzzy numbers can be applied in railway dangerous goods handling.And prove that the theory of station safety supervision and evaluation is correct and feasible.Finally,the existing railway dangerous goods transportation basic information survey and management system is introduced.And the scientific and applicability of the TOPSIS method based on interval trapezoidal ambiguity number in the risk assessment of the safety status of dangerous goods handling stations and the risk index method of risk index method is proved.
