From the perspective of school-enterprise cooperation,this paper focuses on the construction of auto repair majors in China through questionnaires.It aims to find out the problems existing in the construction of auto repair majors through data analysis and analyze the problems that arise.The reason is to put forward targeted countermeasures for the problem,and provide reference for the professional construction process of the secondary vocational auto repair major and other related majors.This paper puts forward the employment-oriented work-study alternation and the technical shifting strategy,which clarifies the construction ideas of the auto repair major and has certain research value.This paper takes Weihai W School’s auto repair major as the research object,and divides the professional construction of school-enterprise cooperation into five dimensions,namely,the talent training goal,the school teaching content,the teacher team construction,the training base construction and the professional evaluation mechanism.The five dimensions can basically cover the factors that the current auto repair profession considers in the professional construction,and also explore the needs of auto repair enterprises in the professional construction of school-enterprise cooperation.Through questionnaires,it is found that the current construction of auto repair majors in Weihai W School is mainly reflected in the fact that the talent training objectives are not compatible with the talent needs of the post.The school teaching content is not compatible with the development of auto repair technology.The construction of teachers and professional The development needs are not compatible,the construction of training bases is not compatible with the demand for skills teaching,the professional evaluation mechanism is not compatible with the development needs of the industry,and the five dimensions exist from the perspectives of society,schools,teachers and students.In response to the above problems,this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures.Firstly,we must scientifically determine the target and mode of talent training based on school-enterprise cooperation,and build a talent training mode of“work-learning alternation and technology shifting” based on school-enterprise cooperation.The cultivation of students’ core skills and professional accomplishmentin the process of professional construction.Based on school-enterprise cooperation,deepen the reform of the secondary vocational auto repair curriculum,focusing on the analysis of the auto repair group and the professional students’ professional ability standards,in order to construct the corresponding curriculum system.It should be proposed to follow the dual model,build a faculty team structure and echelon,and re-architect the dual-teacher model teachers to promote the construction of the middle-level teachers.Optimize school-enterprise cooperation and innovate the training base model inside and outside the school.Based on the analysis of the status and shared resources of auto repair professional group,the construction objectives and construction contents were meticulously put forward,and the comprehensive analysis of the intramural productive training base and the off-campus training base was carried out,and a multi-school mode was proposed.Based on school-enterprise cooperation,improve the monitoring and evaluation of professional evaluation,and put forward an evaluation system and a comprehensive evaluation system for the assessment of students’ social ability and method ability.
