Under the background of "made in China 2025",the society has put forward higher requirements for Vocational Education in China.Vocational education is responsible for training tens of thousands of middle and senior skilled talents.Secondary vocational education is an important part of Vocational education.Accordingly,the social requirements for secondary vocational education are also increasing.School-enterprise cooperation has become a necessary way to improve the quality of secondary vocational education and cultivate high-quality and highly skilled personnel.For various reasons,from the current practice of school-enterprise cooperation,there are still many problems in school-enterprise cooperation in China.Under the current social system transformation and upgrading,the single concept of school-enterprise cooperation thinking can no longer meet the complex and changeable requirements of the times.In this study,Yongkang Vocational and Technical School's four-integration mechanism of vocational education secondary vocational school school school-enterprise cooperation model as the theme to carry out relevant research.(1)Research purposes: This study mainly studies the current school-enterprise cooperation in secondary vocational schools,focusing on the implementation process and results of the "four-integration mechanism" school-enterprise cooperation model of Yongkang Vocational and Technical School,and studies the advantages,operability and sustainable development of the new comprehensive school-enterprise cooperation model,with a view to serving as a secondary vocational school.Provide ideas for the development of enterprise cooperation.(2)Research methods: From the perspective of school-enterprise cooperation analysis,this study analyses the current situation and dilemma of school-enterprise cooperation in Vocational Education from the enterprise and school levels,and further explores the reasons for the complexity of school-enterprise cooperation.Based on the analysis of the predicament and attribution of school-enterprise cooperation system in Yongkang Vocational and Technical School,this paper makes a deep exploration from four aspects: base construction,production and education resources,Double-teacher training and work-study alternation.Through the way of investigation and research,we can get the effect before and after the implementation of the "four-integration mechanism" school-enterprise cooperation model,and compare the effect,and get the comparison of the implementation effect.(3)Research results: Through the comprehensive "four-integration mechanism" school-enterprise cooperation model,Yongkang Vocational and Technical School has achieved remarkable results in professional construction,the overall level of teachers has also been greatly improved,the interests of school-enterprise cooperation enterprises have been guaranteed,and the enthusiasm of enterprises to participate in school-enterprise cooperation has also improved a lot.However,there is not much improvement in the integration of production and education and the long-term effectiveness of school enterprise cooperation can not be guaranteed.(4)research conclusion: through research,we can find that the development of school enterprise cooperation will be multi-directional in the future.The comprehensive mode which combines the advantages of school-enterprise cooperation mode can maximize the development of school-enterprise cooperation and play the role of school-enterprise cooperation.Drawing lessons from foreign developed vocational education models,deepening reform,combining with China's national conditions,we have the courage to explore and walk out of the road of school-enterprise cooperation in secondary vocational schools with Chinese characteristics.Only through effective school-enterprise cooperation can we improve the level of secondary vocational education and become the driving force of local economic development.
