The Research Of Young Talents Lossing In State-owned Power Generating Enterprises Of Guangxi

State-owned power generation enterprises are a part of public enterprises.As the safe production of power system is the basic condition of economic construction stability,sustainable development and social stability,the healthy,efficient and sustainable development of state-owned power generation enterprises plays an important role in social development.The Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee established the reform of the mixed ownership system of state-owned enterprises,and a new round of electricity reform kicked off.This paper tries to focus on the obvious loss of young talents in state-owned power generation enterprises of GUANGXI in the implementation of the new electric power reform.The state-owned power generation enterprises are mainly hydraulic enterprises and thermal power generation enterprises,taking into account nuclear power and new energy power generation,and are located in relatively remote and economically backward areas.In order to reduce the explicit loss of young talents in state-owned power generation enterprises in the region and stabilize the management of human resources in the public sector,the author consulted the relevant theories of young brain drain and visited and investigated young talents who had left the company.By means of questionnaires and field research on young talents,young employees and other talents who are on the job,we have an in-depth understanding of the visible brain drain of young people in state-owned power generation enterprises in the region and summed up the reasons for the apparent brain drain of young people.Some suggestions for improving the explicit brain drain of young people in state-owned power generation enterprises in the region are proposed:the State-owned Assets Management Committee urges the implementation of the policy of mixed reform of state-owned power generation enterprises,China Electric Union promotes the intelligent operation of remote collection and control of GUANGXI power plant,Further Reduction of Value-added Tax for Power Generation Enterprises and other aspects of improvement,hope to get a real solution to the state-owned enterprises in GUANGXI obvious loss of young talents.
