Research On Roof Construction Technology Of Modern Wooden Structure In Cold Region

In recent years,the state has vigorously advocated the construction of ecological civilization and promoted the use of energy-saving and environmentally-friendly building materials.In this situation,wood-framed buildings return to the public’s view with a new attitude,and wood is gradually being applied to various building types.This paper takes the modern wooden structure roof of the cold building as the research object,and deeply studies the construction technology of the modern wooden structure roof at home and abroad,and considers how to apply the advanced wood roof technology in the construction of the cold and cold region to solve the existing under the conditions of the old building roof renovation project in Northeast China and the common problems in the new building concrete roof.The forest resources in Northeast China are abundant,but the timber resources have not been properly and effectively exploited.This paper starts with the development trend of urban wood structure in China and the future and the research of advanced cases at home and abroad,and analyzes the practical significance of using wooden roof.Firstly,by analyzing the characteristics of modern building roofs,especially the morphological characteristics of modern wood-framed roofs,the paper summarizes and explores the morphological features of modern wood-framed roofs of cold buildings.Secondly,from the aspects of building materials,joint structures and structural systems.Analysis of the construction techniques of modern wooden roofs.By studying the excellent cases of modern wooden roofs in foreign countries,analyzing and extracting the advanced concepts and construction techniques of the wooden roofs in the case,and then applying them to the cold buildings;Finally,analyzing the existing modern wooden roofapplications in the Northeast,Combined with the modern wood roof construction technology of the cold building,the “GBS” simulation software is used to compare and analyze the energy consumption of the wooden roof and concrete roof in the roof reconstruction of the existing building under the same conditions,thus guiding the cold and Modern wood-framed roof design with geographical adaptability in cold regions.
