School-age is the most critical stage for children's growth and development.Many life knowledge and skills as well as important behaviors habits are acquired in this stage.Therefore,more and more people begin to pay attention to the children market of this age group and devote themselves to creating a better lifestyle for our children.The unique children's intelligent products are gradually welcomed by the public because of their unique advantages,which brings opportunities for the development of children's intelligent products.However,while the market is booming and developing,it also exposes some problems.The product homogeneity is serious and the functions are numerous,but it can't meet the user's needs better.The reason is that in the process of designing and developing children's intelligent products,the designers fail to get the real needs of users,and the subsequent demand conversion is insufficient.Therefore,based on the NFBS model,this paper explores the theoretical methods more suitable for the design of children's intelligent products,and carries out method verification through design practice,which provides new ideas for the future design of children's intelligent products.The main research content of this paper is to solve the problem of fuzzy user demand in the design and development of children's intelligent products,explore how to obtain the real needs of users and transform the design to better guide the design.This paper is divided into three parts:(1)researching and analyzing the school-age children behavioral characteristics,psychological characteristics and current children's intelligent products,summarizing the characteristics of children's intelligent products,and proposing that the intelligent product design of school-age children should conform to safety,Health,interactivity and fun principles.At the same time,the paper analyzes the fuzziness of user demand in the design of children's intelligent products,and points out that the fuzziness of user demand of children's intelligent products is caused by the inconsistency of user demand and buyer demand,and the ambiguity of the importance of user demand,and the influence of children's physical and mental characteristics on product functions;(2)In view of the above problems,the KJ method is used to obtain the user's demand for children's intelligent products.The Kano model and the customer satisfaction coefficient are used to determine the user's demand weights.The child intelligence product function requirement hierarchy list is constructed to determine the total product function,and then the FBS model is used to Perform functional-behavior transformation,behavior-structure transformation,and produce product design elements,and clarify the fuzzy requirements step by step.Finally,a child intelligent product design method based on NFBS model "initial function demand acquisition-demand degree survey-demand processing-demand transformation-product generation" is constructed;(3)Taking the children's smart table lamp products as an example,verify that the design method guides the feasibility and effectiveness of children's intelligent product design.Through the theoretical methods such as KJ method,Kano model and FBS model,this paper systematically analyzes how to transform the user requirements of children's intelligent products into product design elements in a qualitative and quantitative way.The design method of children's intelligent products based on NFBS model is constructed,and the method of child smart table lamp product design is taken as an example to verify the method.The research results clarify the fuzzy needs of children's intelligent product users and realize design transformation,which can provide effective guidance for future children's intelligent product design.
