At present, the integration of urban and rural public transportation has not implemented in many regions of our country yet, and some areas only at the initial exploration stage. With infrastructure such as roads continuing to complete, the conditions about implementation of urban and rural public transportation in the future will be matured. In order to conform to the situation, the integration of the urban and rural transportation network planning is studied by this paper.The paper defines the concept of intra-country integrated public transport system which covers both the urban and rural areas, points out its operation modes. Then it analyses the composing, influencing factor and character of the intra-country public transport passenger flow. After forecasting both the urban area and rural area passenger flows, it makes the planning of intra-country public traffic network and evaluates the result of the planning.Forecast both the urban area and rural area passenger flows. It builds a simple linear function to forecast trip production prediction and makes use of land attract weighting method to get attract prediction, on the basis of Traffic Investigation. It makes a prediction about rural area passenger flows by multivariate linear regression analysis and makes an assay of the prediction by elastic coefficient method.In order to take the maximum of the through passenger flow and the minimum of the mileage in the bus, the setup of the bus lines must refer to the shortest path. As the maximum of the depth of administrative villages accessible is the goal of city and town public transportation program, the paper plans the bus lines by using Hamilton Looping Method. It summarizes straight public bus lines and ring public bus lines during the programming of inter-town bus lines. During the program of rural area bus lines, the method of setting the middle station always refers to village road and administrative villages'pattern.Finally this paper takes Nanchang County as an example, and designs rural and urban public transportation networks. |
