Research On Job Stress Influencing Factors Of Civil Aviation Pilots In China

With the rapid development of China's civil aviation industry,aviation safety has become a key factor in controlling the development of the aviation industry.The pilots are responsible for the safety of the aircraft and the life of the cabin passengers.The responsibility is extremely significant,so the pressure on them is also extraordinary.If the stress is not relieved for a long time,psychological and physical diseases will occur,which will affect flight safety.At present,in the civil aviation industry,the research on pilot pressure management is still relatively small,and the flight safety hazard caused by the pilot's work pressure has not received enough attention from the Civil Aviation Administration of China and the airlines.The effective management of pilots' work pressure has become an urgent problem to be solved in the current civil aviation industry.Based on the relevant theoretical literatures such as working pressure and working pressure source,this paper compiles a survey questionnaire of the working pressure of pilots based on the working characteristics of pilots,and uses the classical theoretical model of working pressure source from flight mission,interpersonal relationship,support system and business training.And the development and physical state of mind to explore the issue of pilot work pressure.In view of the investigation results,this paper puts forward the necessity and urgency of constructing the civil aviation pilot pressure management system and establishing the pilot pressure management system guarantee mechanism,and strives to provide assistance for further improving the flight safety management of civil aviation in China.
