With the advent of the "Internet Accelerated Speed" boom,the transformation of traditional energy companies with the advantage of the Internet has become an inevitable trend.The transformation of power companies needs to start from the transformation of management methods,so the traditional management model is becoming the trend of the times.Human resource management in power enterprise management is a key sector.How to establish a modern talent management system through the Internet platform and implement effective performance appraisal management is the key to stimulating the competitiveness of power enterprise employees,ensuring the vitality of enterprise production and improving the efficiency of enterprises.This paper designs and implements an information system for thermal power plant performance appraisal management through research on FG power plant employees and department performance appraisal system.The thermal power plant performance management system is programmed in ASP language,and uses Access for database management.It is built using the current popular computer network and has the characteristics of good adaptability and high reliability.The system performs performance appraisal on the employees and departments of the enterprise,realizes the performance management of all employees in the true sense,and reflects the efficiency and standardization of the performance evaluation system of the power plant through the re-planning of the work processes of various departments of the power plant,reliability and fairness.At the same time,the system reduces the manpower and material cost of the performance appraisal work of the power plant,improves the efficiency of the performance appraisal work,and expands the work environment of the performance appraisal work.Through the actual investigation of the power plant,after analyzing and comparing different system implementation plans,the technical solution and structural framework realized by the system were finally determined.The B/S three-layer architecture was adopted,and the ASP and HTML languages were used together.Programming implementation.The advantages of the system are reflected in the fast flow of information,simplified integration,and convenient maintenance and management.It not only provides a powerful tool for the development of power plant performance management,but also stimulates the enthusiasm of the power plant employees and enhances the efficiency of the power plant.The power plant has become the basis for information management.
